I’m late but this is my take on the storyline: I kind of see Given-Taken as their transition into vampires from long ago, and Drunk-Dazed as them being new vampires that has to fit in the modern days with no control over their impulses for blood. Sunoo seems to want them to succumb to the blood instead of controlling it (as he’s putting blood into the fountains and stuff) and Sunghoon was the first to fall into the lust for blood (him dancing in the blood). K and EJ’s (from I-land the show they were made on) are doing a werewolf concept when they debut with bighit Japan. It’s kinda funny and cool because the scene where Sunoo is walking and someone appears behind him that’s K and In I-Land it was between Sunoo and K to be chosen for debut and Sunoo got chosen. Also! I think that the lady in the white dress might possibly be their sire that made them into vampires, the lady sired just Sunoo and Sunoo turned the rest of them. Maybe Sunoo turned jungwon into a vampire first (as he was the main focus in given-taken with the bloody nose and stuff) And it may have been his birthday because the scenes that were flashing by in Drunk-Dazed were from Given-Taken and he’s blowing out the candles and he does the same in Drunk Daze. And then later on Sunoo turned the rest of them Sorry this is so much but I’m soo invested in the story line lol.
Also take note of the scene where Sunoo is literally biting Jungwons neck he was definitely the first to turn and then the rest of them!! And one more thing, in Drunk-Daze Jake poured the drink out when he was upside down which makes me think he will be the last or not go by the vampire rules of that make sense

i know you didn't just disable the comments on drunk-dazed right before i was about to post mine imma just post it here so it's somewhere because it took a long ass time to write it Well the thing is that like you said everything will make more sense when you watch in chronological order. So to understand drunk-dazed we have to first look at the teasers, kind of like in BTS storyline. So when you watch teaser 2 it's like a pov, your pov, Y/N or whatever. The firtst thing you see is a shot of what you would see as you just entered the house. Then Jungwon notices your presence and looks at you like you cought his attention. The song starts playing, they are dancing and assume we are just chillin at the party taking everything in for now seeing that we just got there. Then there is Ni-Ki giving the giving the same look as Jungwon but with a little more intensity but he is keeping a distance. After that you are on the dancefloor with them and it looks like we are having fun, Heesung is swirling his finger near his head like he is telling you to let loose, have fun and lose your head while the song goes "play, play, play". Basically encouraging you to get drunk-dazed. Now your see double and your vision is blurry, Sunoo is also in front of you now, all up in your face like he bout to talk to you. Shot changes to Heesung who is giving a look he has no business giving you when your sense of judgement practically is non existent. Shot changes back to ENHYPEN telling you to get lit, like you are having a flashback of earlier. Then they are blowing those birthday things like celebrating a victory while the inscriptions on the glass cealing say "Only in blood we breathe" "Hunger" "Desire". That is not part of the pov because it is not blurry. This part is important. The next thing you see is a disco ball with a slightly blurry background, meaning there has been a change of location because you no longer are on the dancefloor with Heesung. But where are you then? When the teaser starts you see the whole house. To see the disco balls up close like that you don't have a choice but to be standing on the 2nd floor, to see them from that exact perspective you have to just have walked past the door on the right and must be walking in the direction of the left door. (This next part you have to watch it in 0.25 speed bcs it's only half a second) Now Y/n visibly is in a room with dimmed lights, even tho the background is hella blurry you still can make out that this is the perspective of somebody laying down (🤡) then Jay is all Y/n face staring right into Y/n while drinking from a cup similar to Sunoo's white one in teaser 1?! Then it is cut to him being even closer like right above Y/n and smirking down ( 🤡ASRDTFHGJSERDTRYTUIO) then it cuts to him doing the i just drank some good soju face they do in kdramas. Now Sunghoon is giving the same look as the others , then that part with Jay is played again and you see the dance floor with the others who also are giving the look. So i think you can assume that they all are trynna do this to anybody that is singled out as their prey upon entering the bloody birthday party like real predators :) They def are making these partys to drink peoples blood like you were thinking. I also think that the woman in the white dress made them this way and that she appears as the black smoke in Fever. I'm really not sure why K and EJ were there as werewolves tho.
