I can't believe that someone was patient enough to create the video like this. The most impressive thing is that similar videos were made for different devices on this channel. I am totally impressed. Amazing job!
It is taken from ArcadePunks site, where community is making videos for emulators' frontends, so... no much work needed, just download and merge files.

There was a demo of an odd Amiga game I remember playing back in 1991, which popped up in my mind occasionally right up until now. A platformer with a little red alien that apparently had machine guns for arms. Today, thanks to this video, I now know it's a game called "Ork". Thanks for helping me solve a 30-year nostalgic mystery!
Actually getting every Amiga Game into one video is incredibly useful, as trying to see every one through different top 150 Amiga games videos for example end up with you going over the same games 95% of the time! Thankyou!
I'll be the guy who watched this whole video without skipping (and even sometimes rewinding). Without sound though. I'll check to see what interesting looking Amiga games there are which I haven't played before, so I can try them for the first time. So thanks for the effort.
Me too. Creating a collection for puae core on retroarch for psvita. Had an amiga 500 in the early nineties, I see lots of nostalgia taking me here, but also understand amiga games haven't aged well at all. This video demonstrates a lot of potential the platform had and that's been wasted.
I remember owning the Commodore Vic-20 and the Commodore 64 or C-64. The Vic-20 was more of a Atari 2600 while the C-64 was much better graphics etc. Both systems were designed well and I loved them both. I never had the Amiga so this will be interesting to see.
Never when it comes to computers or technology for that matter, have I been blown so profoundly away when I swapped my Commodore 128 (C64 mode) for an Amiga 500. It was simply amazing what that computer could do when it came to graphics and sound!
To be fair, it's almost impossible to get all the games on the Amiga because it wasn't like consoles where games had to be licenced, it was a free for all where anything went, and then we had PD games and games still being made for the Amiga today. But yeah, that's still a lot of games in that video lol.
I started working in 87 and I remember two of the first things I bought with my pay....Sennheiser headphones and an Amiga 500. I was walking past a computer store in Werribee Plaza and saw F/A-18 Interceptor on one of the screens and I was totally amazed. Bought it then and there. Previously I had a Intellivision and my brother bought a Commodore 64, so I was already hooked.
Wow memories! I had an Atari 2600 as a kid. Then I got a NES for Christmas🎄 and I picked up a Commodore Vic-20 and later a C-64 earlier. After the C-64 and then the NES after the Atari, I was so into gaming. I got a job at our local grocery store. I was 15 and I pushed carts for 20 hours a week and got paid a WHOPPING $2.85/hr. There was a lower minimum wage for stores to hire under 18 year olds. After 90 days I got a QUARTER! WHOOPIE! LOL! I was up to $3.10/hr. It sucked! BUT I saved and 2 yrs later I went to become a 3rd shift stocker. $4.50/hr. But 30- 40 hours a week and OT. I used my newfound "riches" and got a Sega Master System, a Genesis, A SNES, and finally a TurboGraphx-16. My room was an arcade! I was a game nut. The Commodore-64 was a great system. Sadly I never got an Amiga. I say that because some of these games are really well done.
@@EdsterIII Amiga was a true gaming machine that could compete with Arcade machines from that time period. COmparing Amiga with C64 is like night and day. Just 10 times better.
TUSKER, MEAN ARENAS, PREMIER…been looking for these games forever!!! Couldn’t remember their names and couldn’t remember if they were MS DOS or Amiga. Nice one 👍🏻
Why does it always take years for people like me finding such a gem?!hy More than appreciated, I was looking for names of several games for years without a result!
It's near impossible to make an exhaustive video of all the Amiga games as it doesn't work like on consoles on which each game had to be officially licenced for an official release. On computers, everybody could create his little game and distribute it himself or thoughout magazines, very little publishers, etc. After just showing the first 30 minutes I can say Aquanaut from F1 Licenceware (not only the game from Addictive) is missing. Showing all your videos, only PS1, PS2 and of course PC offer longer time than this one. So much creativity in 8 years of distribution of the Amiga range of computers (1986/1994), and even after! Nevertheless, manythanks for this HUGE effort that permits to show near all the games that our beloved Amiga has to offer to retrogame players. More than 7 hours of show, just impressive! Your vidéos are very nice to launch on background while doing other things. Everytime we look at the screen we can remember a game we played in the past or discover a gem we didn't know.
plus de 7h00 de vidéos ! Wouahhh ! I just spent more than 2 hrs to watch the whole video jumping 10 secs by 10 secs... I had the fastest resume of my childhood ever! Thanks for this amazing time machine!🤘🤘🤘
I haven't got 7 hours to sit through all these but a great effort. Used to love my old Amiga. Maybe one day when I'm in a Care Home I'll come back to this & watch it one day.
OMG THANK YOU.. I was searching for the game cosmic relief for more than 20 years new. no one could help me because i remembered so little about it.. you did the job. I thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!
So sad you have missed Polish games like Franko: The Crazy Revenge, Legion, or Gate2Freedom. The Polish game developers were strong back in the day and released a couple of entertaining games on Amiga. Still, it's an absorbing video. Thanks!
I visited Warszaw back in 1992, and I met a lot of coders using C64 even if it was 1992. I guess 20% of them owned an Amiga , it was expensive to buy in Poland.
THANK YOU, i needed that comment, i am recently looking for my old amigagames, i watched the whole video and only found like 6-7 games, but im 100% certian i had over 50 disc / games (some multiple discs) and i cant remember barly any, but i instantly reconise them if i see them. Parasol star (parasol=umbrella in polish) was one of those. @heremis sobstus do u have any link or game database of polish games? im from germany but my whole family is from poland, i went around 1992-1995 every summer vacation there and played those games at my uncles place. i really wanna feel the time again. thx
Thank you for doing this, there are so many games of my childhood. But i was too young to remember the names of these games. Thank you soo much! :D -Nedostayes
Props for doing such a monumental work! That being said, this is still far from complete video of Amiga games. It's missing many, MANY games. Especially Amiga CD-ROM and PPC games but also many base 68k games. Pretty much all the games I thought didn't made it to video were also missing from the video.
Definitely by no means every Amiga game. I just took a quick look through and it's missing a lot of games from my childhood like Adventures of Robin Hood, Gold of the Realm, Diamonds, Lancelot, Dark Castle, Lost In Time, Grey Slayer etc.
probably impossible to absolutely do every game (and i'm speaking generally not just amiga) due to things like obtaining them nowadays - some will of been lost permanently (for instance only available on a personal website and not widely known - now gone), some might be so rare that only collectors that paid a lot for them have and have no intention of de-valuing by copying and spreading if they have the ability to do so or simply a copy protection that isn't working on a emulator (yes i know commodore systems were highly hacked but not all systems were)
no Thunderhawk (also known as AH3-Thunderstrike in USA) in this video... but thanks for a huge list of bits of gameplay that makes us find gems we still need to enjoy/remember
Watched this video rather than going to work as really wanted to find the name of a game I had forgotten. After finishing it I remembered it was on the Master System.
I will believe this is the largest Amiga game play collection but i cannot believe every Amiga game is in the video. Making this video would be like a shift in hell. great job.
Just fininished watchinhg this amazing video. I've seen most of Amiga games vids on the TH-cam but none like this, great work. I have got a few titles in my collection not mentioned on this video but there are thousands of titles out there some very rare and forgotten gems so it's not humanly possible to track them all. Anyways great work and now I'm about to watch the Amiga CD32 games compilation on this brilliant channel. Keep up the good work!
Monkey Island 2 missing was something I didn't expect... actually quite a lot of sequels weren't added on the video like dungeon master 2... quintessential Amiga games.
I hoped you would write the titles of all games with time tags in the description.. Nah just kidding lol, great job! So much nostalgia with many of these games. Thanks!
Wow, it's there! 6:21:36 I lived and breathed Amiga 500 clear on up to 1995, when I had to get on this internet 'thing' and was seduced by Windows 95. It's kinda funny, nowadays a lot of people think of computers as exclusively internet appliances...but, I'd been 'playing' with them for more than 15-years before I went online. I didn't use it primarily as a game machine though, in fact there was only one game I got seriously hooked on, that being Test Drive II. I actually BROKE a joystick playing that game. The car just wouldn't turn as sharply as I wanted to and I leaned into the joystick to the point of failure, LOL. Great job on the video, even though I only watched a small part of it. Clearly it took a lot of time and effort.
"Nowadays a lot of people think of computers as exclusively internet appliances" who are this lot? most use computers for business, gaming and *shudders* 'social networking' and grab the smartphone for net look ups since its convenient
And i thought i played lots of different Amiga games. I didn't know there were so many other titles! So much nostalgia in this video. It is a good thing you can download (legal) many of these games for free and play them with a special emulator. Currently i'm playing Superfrog, my childhood nr. 1 game. Never finished it, but this time i will. Thank you for sharing this video, it is amazing!
same here! i played it when i was like 7 or 8 in 1993/94, i played it for weeks! it was so hard for me THEN the day came : Please insert Disk no.4..... and guess what, it didnt work :( i was so sad :/ BUT i will get my revenge soon!! :D
Except the obvious classics (Lotus, Turrican, Flashback etc.) I was particularly fond of After The War - I mastered it to the point I was able to finish it every single time, trying to get better and and better highscores.
Although I have serious respect in the effort and patience you have put in the making of this video I see some games are missing so its not really ALL amiga games but definitely MOST Amiga games video.
Thanks very much for making this video, it helped to solve all my memory puzzles that have been on my mind for the last 10-20 years Prison & golden path. Thanks again!!!
I do remember Paperboy, one of the first Amiga games I owned. So many games , I think a lot of them were made in the 1990's after the Amiga was starting to lose popularity.
gördüğüm en iyi eski oyunların derlemesi. ve gerçekten hepsi var gibi. benim aradıgım bir oyun hariç onu bulamıyorum ama olsun baya bir eskiye gittim. teşekkürler elinize sağlık
i looked Bomb x up after reading your comment, you got me. Perhaps if it had a more memorable name like "wank blaster" it would have found a larger audience at the time.
Great one. This gives a great idea Ben Heck converting the Amiga 500 including the Wicher 500i Ex Accelerator with all the Amiga 500 games on a 128 gb SD card as a great suggestion. Do not forget to max out the Amiga memory as a must.
Awesome, finally found out that a game that has been haunting me was Knights of the Crystallion! Didn't see Team Yankee, Citadel or Embryo, though. Nevertheless an awesome trip down the memory lane.
this must have been so much work. thank you. i used the video to recrate a list of all the games that ive played on the amiga. even tho not every game that i remember, was in the video. but taking into account bootleg games, regional releases and obscure games, i doubt that one can make a video of every game on the system.
When I saw Arabian Nights 23:15 and heard that music, it instantly transported me to a time in my life I can't fully remember, such a trippy feeling. I was probably 5 or 6? I will never forget the Amiga.
Thanks for the games, some games I saw for the first time :) But I think some very important games are missing, for example Ambermoon, Giana Sisters, Monkey Island 2, Sim City
This must have been a ton of work. Thanks for making this :) However, for the sake of accuracy, I do want to point out that this video doesn't show anywhere near all of the Amiga games. The system has several thousand games (it varies a bit by list, but it's at least 4000 games, probably closer to 7000). This list has around 1728 games (I got that by dividing the length by 15 :P), so it misses a lot of games. Please don't take this as criticism on the work done here though, it's really nice to see all these games in one video :)
This video looked like one person sat down and tried every amiga game, not having a clue what was happening most of the time. "What happens if I push this button?" It made it entertaining and amusing to me. I enjoyed it.
Thank you for this video! Just a few missing titles: Cattivik DNA warrior Ghosts'n'goblins Hunt for Red October Incredible shrinking sphere Lupo Alberto Rolling Thunder Sorcerors apprentice Where in time is Carmen Sandiego?
I have written down all the games that people mentioned in the comments that are supposedly not in the video and are missing. I am not sure if indeed all of these games are not in, because I have seen some comments with game that are present in this video. Feel free to comment under this post the titles of games that you know are missing from this video compilation. Either way here is the list: Ambermoon Beneath a Steel Sky Breathless Danger Freak Dr Plummet's House Of Flux Dragon's Breath Drip Dylan Dog F-117 Nighthawk Stealth Fighter 2.0 F-19 Stealth Fighter Inherit The Earth Legend of Faerghail Manchester United Europe Metal Masters Metal Mutant Nathan Never Populous Powder Quik and Silva Scorched Tanks Sim City Sim City 2000 Simon The Sorcerer 2 Space Crusade Space Hulk System-4 Tanks Furry Tanx Tex Willer ThunderHawk Vampire's Empire Virtual Karting Wing Commander WREX Xenomorph XTreme Racing Zeppelin: Giants of the Sky
Tiny Troops is the most awesome RTS (after Dune II of course) that I've played on Amiga! Making an alien invasion and wars was so funny never than here! :)
So many crappy games but also so many really good games. Much of my youth was spent on many of these games. Kudos to the guys who made this marathon video of not really all games on the Amiga but most of them.
To the person who sat down to play and record each and every one of them and edited it into an 7 hour video: I salute you!
I see reused footage from other videos. I think he's taken the video footage out of some database.
There is a lot missing unfortunately. 😕

I can't believe that someone was patient enough to create the video like this. The most impressive thing is that similar videos were made for different devices on this channel. I am totally impressed. Amazing job!
Literally first video is tagged wrongly, but this is an insane piece of work
This looks like a script that takes all the individual amiga video snaps from Hyperspin and popped it into one video.. Still great to see though
Absof...inglutely!!!!
It is taken from ArcadePunks site, where community is making videos for emulators' frontends, so... no much work needed, just download and merge files.
@@Amigowiec Thats what I figured when I saw the file name with underscores and .mp4.

Misleading title, some games are missing.
But i found the one I was looking for, so im happy
So thanks for the effort.
katiliyorum
I will be the one.. But on several days (::)
Why "without sound"?
Me too. Creating a collection for puae core on retroarch for psvita. Had an amiga 500 in the early nineties, I see lots of nostalgia taking me here, but also understand amiga games haven't aged well at all. This video demonstrates a lot of potential the platform had and that's been wasted.
I'll be the one reading the comment from the guy who watched this whole video without skipping (and even sometimes rewinding).
I wasted half my youth playing most of these.. now I am wasting my adult time watching them.
Respect
This is and was never a waste of Time...
😀 Absolutly true.
It's never a waste if you were having fun and have some great memories attached to it. Mindless social media surfing, now that's a waste of youth!
it's not wasted. it's well spent.
What strikes me the most is how damn strange some of these games were.
What a wonderful machine the Amiga and all its creativity!
I remember owning the Commodore Vic-20 and the Commodore 64 or C-64. The Vic-20 was more of a Atari 2600 while the C-64 was much better graphics etc. Both systems were designed well and I loved them both. I never had the Amiga so this will be interesting to see.
I didn't think anybody still had the oh yeah yeah profile picture
People who grew up with Amiga are freaks 😎
@@AciD.303 Yes, I am! 😎
Never when it comes to computers or technology for that matter, have I been blown so profoundly away when I swapped my Commodore 128 (C64 mode) for an Amiga 500. It was simply amazing what that computer could do when it came to graphics and sound!
Good enough to use for reporting weather forecasts, NASA even used it. Was powerful for a 1MB chip lol
And most of these games are still better than modern productions. Amiga was a perfect games platform.
regardless of whether there are missing games or not, that's one amazing collection of Amiga games :)
well said
"All videos games there are from Emumovie website" - nuff said you nuff nuff!
Are you saying these clips are not created by this channel?
emumovies.com/files/category/1526-game-videos/
Dude fa-18 interceptor coming from Atari and c64 was like a different dimension.
This brought allot of great memories back from my Amiga days ! Cant imagine how long this took to do! Great work !!
Jeez. I'm gonna have to watch all seven hours of this.
TUSKER, MEAN ARENAS, PREMIER…been looking for these games forever!!! Couldn’t remember their names and couldn’t remember if they were MS DOS or Amiga. Nice one 👍🏻
Why does it always take years for people like me finding such a gem?!hy
More than appreciated, I was looking for names of several games for years without a result!
Wow, soooo many flashbacks to my childhood! THANK YOU!
plus de 7h00 de vidéos ! Wouahhh ! It's my computer when i'm young, i remember many games i have before, it's crazy many many many games on this machine and excellent demo scene too, the match 1987-1994 Amiga 500 Vs Atari 520 STF, Thanks for this handsome video of memories
You can watch it in 2x speed... :-)
OMG THANK YOU.. I was searching for the game cosmic relief for more than 20 years new. no one could help me because i remembered so little about it.. you did the job. I thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for showing all the games I loved as a child so I could track them down again! 🙏
@heremis sobstus do u have any link or game database of polish games? im from germany but my whole family is from poland, i went around 1992-1995 every summer vacation there and played those games at my uncles place. i really wanna feel the time again. thx
Doman
Lots of fond memoires... Especially the race and sport games
Thank you for doing this, there are so many games of my childhood. But i was too young to remember the names of these games. Thank you soo much! :D
-Nedostayes
Props for doing such a monumental work! That being said, this is still far from complete video of Amiga games. It's missing many, MANY games. Especially Amiga CD-ROM and PPC games but also many base 68k games. Pretty much all the games I thought didn't made it to video were also missing from the video.
Definitely by no means every Amiga game. I just took a quick look through and it's missing a lot of games from my childhood like Adventures of Robin Hood, Gold of the Realm, Diamonds, Lancelot, Dark Castle, Lost In Time, Grey Slayer etc.
probably impossible to absolutely do every game (and i'm speaking generally not just amiga) due to things like obtaining them nowadays - some will of been lost permanently (for instance only available on a personal website and not widely known - now gone), some might be so rare that only collectors that paid a lot for them have and have no intention of de-valuing by copying and spreading if they have the ability to do so or simply a copy protection that isn't working on a emulator (yes i know commodore systems were highly hacked but not all systems were)
@@mystsnake True, but for example Gamebase Amiga has far more games than in this video, and they all work fine in WinUAE.
Outstanding video. Thank you for taking the time. Although the vast majority of Amiga game released are missing.
I'm going to need to block out 8 hours of my day to watch this. And I'll be making a list of titles I need to find and play
no Thunderhawk (also known as AH3-Thunderstrike in USA) in this video... but thanks for a huge list of bits of gameplay that makes us find gems we still need to enjoy/remember
another missing that i liked to play: Sliders
Watched this video rather than going to work as really wanted to find the name of a game I had forgotten. After finishing it I remembered it was on the Master System.
😂
Big props to you putting this together. Theres a game I'm looking for don't remember the name.. hopefully I'll find it.
Amiga forever. Edit: Making favorite list for future The A500 Mini. Thx for this ultimate effort you have made. Cheers!
I will believe this is the largest Amiga game play collection but i cannot believe every Amiga game is in the video. Making this video would be like a shift in hell. great job.
I've noticed a couple of omissions (Smash Tennis and Nick Faldo's Golf), but it's still an impressive effort
You my friend, deserve a medal for this...
2nd best operating system I have ever used in my life, amigados!!
Wow, advantage tennis was well ahead of it's time!
4 years later i get this.. finally a video of the games with the names ;) thanks
Awesome upload! Brings back so many great gaming memories back in the 1990s when I had the Commodore Amiga and alot of these games!
I hoped you would write the titles of all games with time tags in the description..
Nah just kidding lol, great job! So much nostalgia with many of these games. Thanks!
He has done its in the comment section lol
Wow, it's there! 6:21:36
I lived and breathed Amiga 500 clear on up to 1995, when I had to get on this internet 'thing' and was seduced by Windows 95.
@@AlCabone I hope you have your revenge soon!
'Transplant' is still my favorite - also, you're missing a 'Strippoker' game - I have one where you play against 3 girls at the same time.
This must have taken you forever. I really love this video!
This is one HELL of a USEFUL video, All Games! At the very least, it lets you see the game in action before you try it for yourself!
You must have worked really hard on this, well done !
What a great effort to put it all together thank you so much 😊
Thanks for putting this together for all of us to watch, thumbs up.
Stuntcar racer ... I remember it like yesterday trying to shave milliseconds off the records and beating the AI.
This is an outstanding video! Thank you so much for doing this. Having said that, you've missed "The Big Deal" by Ariolasoft, Radarsoft.
Thanks very much for making this video, it helped to solve all my memory puzzles that have been on my mind for the last 10-20 years
Prison & golden path. Thanks again!!!
I loved playing my Amiga games but like using my Amiga more as a graphics workstation doing photo retouching and 3D graphics back in the days.
Thanks for compiling this video. I got about halfway through, gonna finish the rest tomorrow : )
Must have took you ages x
I do remember Paperboy, one of the first Amiga games I owned. So many games , I think a lot of them were made in the 1990's after the Amiga was starting to lose popularity.
Good video to watch on a Sunday morning.
Holy crap. I dont have nearly 7 hours but I had to like and subscribe to just thank you for the effort
gördüğüm en iyi eski oyunların derlemesi. ve gerçekten hepsi var gibi. benim aradıgım bir oyun hariç onu bulamıyorum ama olsun baya bir eskiye gittim. teşekkürler elinize sağlık
Thanks for recording history!
Soo many memories. 90' come back
Can’t believe I have never played the amazing game bomb x, it looks Hard, but essentially Satisfying.
i looked Bomb x up after reading your comment, you got me.
To the maker of this video - you are a God amongst insects!
this must have been so much work. thank you. i used the video to recrate a list of all the games that ive played on the amiga. even tho not every game that i remember, was in the video. but taking into account bootleg games, regional releases and obscure games, i doubt that one can make a video of every game on the system.
Thumbs up for featuring EXILE most underrated and under-ripped off game ever
Timerunners Gameplay
Great vídeo man!!!!
Great video, thank you. For the update don't forget to add Space Hulk.
When I saw Arabian Nights 23:15 and heard that music, it instantly transported me to a time in my life I can't fully remember, such a trippy feeling. I was probably 5 or 6?
I will never forget the Amiga.
I even didn't know that such game exists for this computer. Great job and thank you
Imagine some of the games with todays computer power. A shame that the games are not continued.
Thanks for the games, some games I saw for the first time :)
But I think some very important games are missing, for example
Ambermoon, Giana Sisters, Monkey Island 2, Sim City
Giana Sisters and MI 2 are in this video! I didn't yet get to "S" to see if SC is in.
wow great job compiling all the footage. Dedication and effort at its best. thank you
I just remember how good Syndicate was. Man I was hooked on that one
This must have been a ton of work. Thanks for making this :)
However, for the sake of accuracy, I do want to point out that this video doesn't show anywhere near all of the Amiga games.
I was so relieved to see a pinball game after Time Runners
This video looked like one person sat down and tried every amiga game, not having a clue what was happening most of the time. "What happens if I push this button?" It made it entertaining and amusing to me. I enjoyed it.
The very first game title. 1st Division Manager is a football management game.
thanks I found all my favorite games again! I noticed that "lupo alberto the games" amiga 1000 is missing
A few missing - The Kristal, Space Crusade and Giana Sisters at least. Excellent work though, enjoyed that.
Kristal. That was the one with the Patrick Moore voiceover.
SUPERB!!! Thank you, Sir!
Thank you for creating this video!
nice to see all those beautiful old memories back. super greetings from holland 😀😀👍
Ahhh the memories, I owned an amiga 1200 with a 120mb hd. I had most of these games too. Thank you for the memories matey.
El mejor ordenador que existió en los 80, desde finales del año 86 que pudieras tener esto en casa era un sueño.

Just a few missing titles:

DNA warrior
Ghosts'n'goblins
Hunt for Red October
Incredible shrinking sphere
Lupo Alberto
Rolling Thunder
Sorcerors apprentice
Where in time is Carmen Sandiego?
I have written down all the games that people mentioned in the comments that are supposedly not in the video and are missing. I am not sure if indeed all of these games are not in, because I have seen some comments with game that are present in this video. Feel free to comment under this post the titles of games that you know are missing from this video compilation. Either way here is the list:
Ambermoon

Finally found it! THANK YOU VERY MUCH for Spellfire the Sorceror!
Tiny Troops is the most awesome RTS (after Dune II of course) that I've played on Amiga! Making an alien invasion and wars was so funny never than here! :)
Thanks! Can't believe someone could do such a video!
So many crappy games but also so many really good games. Much of my youth was spent on many of these games.
Kudos to the guys who made this marathon video of not really all games on the Amiga but most of them.
Great list but missing at least one game - one of my all-time favourites - Chris Crawford's "Balance of Power 1990 ed"
It contents "all popular amiga games" Many games are not on this video, but Of course, very good work and I appraciate this
This is a fantastic resource. Thank U ❤❤❤
I played 100s of Amiga agames from 1987 to 1994 so I would recognise over 95% of these
Amiga developers really laid the groundwork for future PC games.
