Koil is so right like cops are so mechanic minded and not rp minded. They are like oh rolled cash comes from crimes so its illegal (which they wouldn't even know anyways so ots meta) but it LITERALLY just normal cash rolled up and rubber banded together. Why are they not roleplaying that its just normal cash that is stored different its so weird. Now marked cash is different, its physically marked by the serial number.
It originated from some judge ruling back in january that it's illegal to have it and has been so hard to root out from the mindset.

I was watching Dean vod prior to him triggering lasers and oh god damn... This guy is so clueless.
First of all, he went through the doors, WITHOUT calling it on the radio, without letting anyone know about his (PD) presence.
The most basic and standard police procedure - for that he should get striked, it's basically trespassing and breaking in. Working for PD doesn't give him a right to enter the buildings like he own them.
Second of all, when he is inside - he still is NOT calling it on the radio but proceeds to go deeper solo, go full ape "investigating", triggers alarm and again NOT calling it on the radio that it was him triggering the alarm!!!!
For this entire scenario he should be striked and suspended for at least 48h, for not following PD standard procedures, not valuing his life, trespassing and breaking in to the bank. Or send him back to the academy because last 2 times wasn't enough...
But Hey! It's No Pixel so rules only applies for crims.
