i love the look of old retro interiors like that.. things are so boring nowadays in comparison.
Cookie cutter SUV's and four door station wagon trucks these days are for the birds. At least back then, you could tell the difference between a Ford, a Chevy or a Chrysler Corporation product.
very nice! my 50 is a statesman super .. I wish my 51 2 dr was as sharp as this one! thanks for posting
This car looks so,so original & beautiful....thanks for sharing
It reminds me of a Tatra from the back. Pretty neat, and nice to see it's unmodified.
That Nash has the look of a old bumper car from the fair, really cool look
@JOHNINCOLUMBUS That's cool that he had a Nash. Packards were some of the finest cars around too. Thanks for taking a look at this old Nash.
Love the '49-'51 Nash. Reminds me of the old Superman TV series. Everyone drove Nashs including the Police. Lois Lane drove a Rambler Convertible and the window frames were permanently upright!
Those guys back then were some great designers, having the door handles hiding in the body moulding like that is so simple but so brilliant!!
@bobwoodkat I couldn't agree more. You find so many subtle and interesting details on cars of that era.
@koioo2 I wish more U.S. car manufactures would have survived until today. It would have been interesting to have a little more variety.
@azzarbprime They really are pretty unusual. I've grown to like them more over the years. Thanks for checking it out, Mike!
@raconter1 Thanks for dropping by to take a look Jack!
A very rare car special design like from the future name fits ambasador car luxiry car i have never seen one of these but beautyfull and very Nice thanks for a great video jeff and Jordan this car is so cool 😎
@awaldegrave You're exactly right about them looking like the old bumper cars. I've really grown to like the look of them over the years. Thanks for checking it out!
Liked it so much I watched it twice, thay
I was gonna say it reminds me of the old bumper cars but somebody beat me to it!! I wonder if they were modeled after the Nash!!☺
Nice car , great price. Thanx. P.S. Tx.
@805ROADKING They really do look like bumper cars. You may be right, some of them may have been modeled after the Nash.
@Busia1949 It really is a unique car. Thanks for checking it out!
@mrgoodvibrations It definitely has plenty of room. Thanks for checking it out!
@PonyPower71 I hate it when it rains on car shows...really does ruin the day. It's been raining all day here too.
Now others of this model had OHV rater then flathead engines, was the other engine optional? I'm starting to really like these models, they were a very different car for the times, unibody, built large but with economy in mind as well as being very innovative in design. I like the earlier models instrument pod a little better is all. the "Uniscope" was seriously cool!
@1963impala2dr Thanks for watching, Ken. I thought you'd like this one.
@pulse0000 I thought it was pretty reasonable too. Thanks for checking it out!
When I was very, very young, maybe 3 or 4, my father had a Nash, I have a picture of the back of the car, it was a beige color, then he had a Packard, then back to Ramblers '61 then '63...that was a long time ago.
thanks for posting!
@RamblinAround - My Aunt Marie had a Packard as well, hers was dark blue while ours was more of a light sky blue. I remember the hood ornament, it was a bird standing with it's head up, look up 1951 Packard Patrician hood ornament to see what I mean.
Great videos...thanks again!
@paradoxdesigns I agree, a lot of today's cars look bland in comparison. Thanks for watching!
@boobtube356 Those Tatra's are pretty cool...very aerodynamic.
@ncautoman57 It's definitely a sharp looking car for the money. Thanks for checking it out!
They only had a six. No V eights back then.
Nash made some really unique cars.
Love this. Nash. So ugly. It’s. Beautiful. Thanks
@hep2jive No problem, thanks for watching!
@hunhun23 Thanks for watching!
@BuyMyTools Thanks for watching!
Nice!
@talfacprez I could see a fiberglass one with a tip-up body like a funny car.
@lllllll5s Thanks for watching!
@cisjohn2616 Yeah, I was wondering about that myself. Looks like it could be a pain.
Hey, Jeff! Cool car! :) Jack
Different, and rare. I think that's a good price too.
Ah yes, the bath tub :3
Went to the car show and it was a bust. Rained the whole time grrrrr. But they had a Nash Statesman Custom there. I want to say it was a 57. It was for sale and they were asking $5,700 for it.
The last Statesman was the 56.
We there ya go only $8995..Not bad for this car.
queria um pra mim! =(
Must have been a bitch to change a tire
@boobtube356 Those Tatra's are pretty cool...very aerodynamic.
