Do you know- I was thinking earlier today (as you do) about whenever I was going to have a little dinner next ,what can I do with my veg and no lie I imagined diced carrots for a shape change- so seeing yours,what a shock coincidence. Hope you’re all doing great up there and you caught the aurora as well as this beautiful weather,but dodging the thunderstorms xxx

Last Friday, I had an Aldi Everyday Essentials Pepperoni Pizza (£0.97).
It was the best and tastiest Pizza I've ever had. Generously covered in large Pepperoni slices. Unbelievable quality and value! I don't know how they do it?
Highly recommended! ... Rating: 9 / 10 👍😋

Looks delicious. My meals were -
Monday - Steak, chips and peas.
Tuesday - Had a big lunch out so just had ham and cheese sandwiches for dinner.
Wednesday - My birthday; had chicken curry and rice with garlic and coriander naan bread. Chocolate fudge cake and vanilla ice cream.
Thursday - Penne Arrabiata with garlic bread.
Friday - Fish and chips with mushy peas. Also made your Empire Biscuits.
Saturday - Baked potato with beans and cheese.
Sunday - Roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, peas and gravy. Blueberry pie and vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate fudge cake and vanilla ice cream. --- Mmmm ... 😋

Chicken Dinner, Cauliflower Cheese Dinner, Mac n Cheese dinner, Chicken Curry..I cant wait for this video, Pizza is always a fave here, I love Tuna Mayo in Jacket Potato, Soup and Sandwich is always good, Chicken Bake was a great success at our house. TY so much for all you do. I hope you video some more local road trips. Love ya.

Another great week of meals. Looking forward to the Curry video. We saw some fabulous Aurora lights down here in New Zealand on Saturday night; we don't often get them as far north as Christchurch. I hope you got to see some too.

@@WhatsForTea You know Cheryl, my wee Westie used to be the same, even Guy Fawkes night didn’t bother him, in fact he used to come out & sit beside me on the garden bench & watch the firework display from a nearby park.😆 Mind you he was born on 5th November, so not sure if that had a bearing! Growing up our family dog (a rough collie - like lassie) used to be a trembling wreck, & hid under the dining table till long after all loud noises had passed - bless him!

Oh sad me! I can no longer eat cauliflower or any of the brassica family of vegetables. They really fight back. And I always loved cauli. cheese so I could only view yours in envy. But the following day's mac and cheese more than made up for it and I shall put that on this week's menu too. Otherwise my favourite was your curry which looked so delixious there, steaming away with that perfect basmati rice. Yum!
Have you watched the dinner lady, she made the most gorgeous chicken curry. It was Chinese style and I’ve never seen one made like that but I was really impressed
Im on a very low carb diet, so that cheesy cauliflower looks quite inspiring for my dinner tonight!

Best way to cook any rice is a rice cooker.

How absolutely annoying, I got nothing to complain about and I’d probably like every single one. If I’m being picky; the chicken breast - perhaps a roast leg would be better & chicken never needs slow cooking but who cares.
A chicken leg can be taken to 90C & beyond and then there’s masses of crispy skin too. A skinless breast, bland & dead after 60C. But still, best week of meals I’ve seen so far.
And yet, that hasn’t stopped you. 🤦🏻♀️
Yes Cheryl. You are a lovely lady. But your recipes are so repetitive. Mac and cheese. Butchers sausages and mince pies. Crisps, soup, rolls. Really. Bought shop pizza. Mince and tatties. How many times. Fish pie same. Could go on and on. Know I will get criticised for this but hey ho. Entitled to my opinion. Keep watching to see if there are any cooking revelations. ?
