- On this episode, the work crew gets together for an end of season bash rafting Westwater Canyon! Being that we work on the Colorado River all the time, Westwater was one section that everyone wanted to hit to test our rowing skills. We did a one night trip camping at Little Dolores and running all of the rapids on day 2. With the river being at 4500 CFS it was a fun technical row that was bigger water than most of us have ever worked. We even had a couple boats take the river right channel down Skull Rapid which is known for its ability to flip boats. All in all couldn't have asked for a better time and I'm sure ill be back again to see the river at a different CFS. Thank you for watching and be sure to check out my merch in the link below to help support the channel!

As always, ask if you have any questions about my gear or setups!
There were a couple nail biters there brother! Absolutely stunning scenery. Nicely shot (as usual).🤙
Yeah man and its crazy how much the GoPro takes out the true size of some of the waves I was mind boggled rowing through there 😳
That water looks murkier and quicker than the Grand after it gets like a 1/4 inch of rain lmao!! This was a banger as usual and I can’t wait to see what steelhead season brings this year!! 🎣🎣🎣
The Colorado is the muddiest river I know 😂 Thank you dude! Back in Ohio soon, just put in my fly order from Orvis!
That was so fun man, thanks for putting this video together. Production and editing quality is so high! Thanks for beeping out my swears.
Yeah dude that was awesome. Appreciate it glad you enjoyed! had to keep it pg for the parents 😂
Absolutely LOVE your braided oar tethers!!! Where’d u buy those? Great clip! Loved the vibe u captured!!
This was actually a fully rented setup from CMU, you should email their equipment rental center I'm sure they would be happy to share! Appreciate you watching and glad you enjoyed the video!
You guys get into more fish on the river yesterday? That was me with the pin just up from you two
Nice man! Saw you get into a few that looked nice. We caught a couple more and then moved on and pieced together a decent day at a few other spots. the video is dropping today 👍🏼
I can't believe that guy is wearing a hockey helmet smh 🙄🤣
Internet bullying 😂😂
What are the flows predicted to be like this June/July?
I moved out of Colorado to Oregon so honestly I haven’t been keeping track but I’d bet pretty high and rowdy!
I am sure there is no simple easy way to find that out. You might even have to resort to googling to find this secret.
haha hey now im happy to try and help 😂
That lady guide was negligent due to her neglecting her lack of physical requirements to the job, the guide in front was negligent for not ensuring safety of the raft behind, and then finally, the owner/operator of that company is negligent for hiring a “pretty face who knows how to play guitar” instead of someone who is capable of doing their job!!
Are you talking about something that happened outside of my video? There were no raft guides in this video, nor guitar 😂
