I have been trying this and when I get to the restore data part it says," can't be restore while on wifi". When I turn wifi off it says that it cannot br restore because of the size. Need wifi. Can anyone help?
Does anyone know why after purchasing Samsung Galaxy a13 5g It would black out on me after getting it out of the box brand new and after putting in my email .... It straight up blacked out on me then popped up "enter password" and it says password must contain at least four characters including one number (or it could have said including one letter I forget) . Why would it do that to a brand new phone??? Not to mention I bought the same exact phone before this, Walmart didn't scan it properly, but before I knew that I did a hard reset to try and fix the bs and that damn phone ends up asking for a password!! I never put a password on these phones. We got into the first one afterwards bc we remembered the email and password but the second one he can't remember his email at all bc it was new!!!!! How tf do we get passed it?! And why tf would it even ask for a password?!
I guess I'm unlucky it didn't give me the "welcome to talkback " it was just blank tried the reverse L many times but nothing happened funny thing is I don't even know what android version the phone is on🙃🙃😔

Worked for me, took several attempts to skip the cloud update but I was finally able to do it. Thanks a lot!
