I included them as they are often included with Trevor Henderson creations due to be linked with or adopted by him in some way. I know what you mean about Siren Head, some people caused a lot of confusion by giving it an SCP number. Of course it is possible that something could be created by Trevor Henderson and then become an SCP but in the case of Siren Head people were just saying it even though it was never actually added to SCP at all.

Good question, I think Siren Head can be grey... in the past when I've built Siren Heads from Lego I've done them a variety of brown, dark grey, light grey and sometimes including some black pieces. I suppose brown is probably the best colour though....
