Ah I see your woofers may be damaged by LFM my suggestion use LFM for videos only not to listen for fun i got my boombox 2 on December 2020 it's 4 months old and it still plays as new no woofer damage, spider RIP and tweeter
U used too much LFM and now u see what result becom to ur bx2, and i hear only that tweeters are working so its the woofer, Mate check is woofers allright

It could be because of LFM, The Speaker wires disconnected from the sub, Or the speaker is blown

I have same Box and they is power my day all day. My Boombox 2 is not bad in sound. I dont know why your Boombox 2 is so bad.
