The drop tower is easily the best permanent ride in Arizona as of right now!!! Outside of the Backyard roller coaster that Gary built in Tucson!! (to be fair, that's probably my favorite ride in the whole state hahaha 😂😂😂)

Interesting choice coming back here again lol. This is my home park, and yet I haven't back there for a couple of years. Really can't wait for Mattel Adventure Park to open here.

I used to come to Phoenix from the UK all the time for training at Honeywell . Been here many times....
Please tell me you got a ride on Desert Storm with the restraints up a lot. This ride is in my top 50 out of 455 because you are able to ride this thing with the restraints almost completely up. The operators don't care and don't check. Makes the buzzbars on Phoenix look like you're being stapled.
A restraint that loose on a janky looper is an experience I'll never forget. I rode it about 13 times to confirm that I actually do love it that much. The absolute closest I ever felt to being truly at risk from being ejected from a ride. What a treat.
Did you collect your coaster credit on the Family Roller Coaster at Wildlife World?
Was closed! We’ll be back to ride it when Mattel Adventure Park opens.
My technical home park growing up. Living in the Southwest always sucked coaster wise ha ha. We always claimed the SoCal parks.
How do you get the free tickets from parks? do you ask them or they ask you?

Oh wow, it’s been a hot minute since I’ve been anywhere near Arizona and still fondly remember living in Glendale so great to hear they’re getting Mattel Adventure Park🌵 Definitely hadn’t heard of this place before so it was fun to see! Last year I went mini golfing twice, I’m terrible😂😂 But you guys are good at it or just very lucky!
I live 15 miles from C&C and never been there. This is the first time I've seen it. 😢

Home park shout out
Did you hit Cliff's Amusement Park in Albuquerque? That's my home park. It's not open right now, but its close to the freeway so yall might have stopped to see it. We have nothing for coasters in the Southwest, so a lot of us over in New Mexico are very excited for Mattel Adventure Park! The closest park near us that is worth visiting is Elitch Gardens. Besides that, we have to drive over 10 hours to get to any significant park. I'll be driving to SFOT this weekend just to get some rides in before it starts getting packed everywhere. Awesome video showcasing an area I've always wanted to visit for a weekend of some fun!
@@formicate6185 No, we’ll have to save Cliff’s for another visit. Sadly, their operating season is pathetic for a theme park in the Southwest, which makes planning a visit extremely difficult with all our other travels. Thanks for watching!
We've been in the opening year for like 3 years for Mattel Adventure. At least the two coasters won't be as jank as those at Castles and Coasters

I'm so glad you came back to my home park. I ridden Desert Storm at least 200 times since 2020. I'm so excited for Mattel Adventure Park. Twin Mill Racer will be my first launch coaster as well. My first real amusement park is Six Flags Mexico. And it's the biggest park I ever been to. Superman El Ultimo Escape and Medusa Steel Coaster, best rollercoasters I ever ridden so far. I hope you will return to Six Flags Mexico sometime in the future❤
I have absolutely no hope of Mattel opening any time soon, it was supposed to be finished in 2023 and still isn’t anywhere near completion, that billboard has been supposed to come down for like a year now, I think the owners of the wider development are too attached to the immediate money that thing makes them to get rid of it.
More than capable of paying the admission fees instead of looking for a handout.
I lived next to Metrocenter back in 1990 and remember when they built castles and coasters and I rode those roller coasters and they suck!
