Me again lol. I was also instructed to clean w EPA my station after bag 2 (last step) then again 1st step starting bag 3 😖 sweep on set up & at the end of the test. I believe my instructor is only aware of the Cosmetology exam. The way you instructed is way simpler and easy

Or do we show how to isolate one lash from the others? I thought it was to go through the lashes 4 times separating them. Or neither? Thanks in advance for your help.
During the state board practical examination soaking your implements for 10min or letting the EPA sit for 10 min on your workstation will not be required of you to do, due to it being a timed test performed on a mannequin. But every individual who does lashes or any beauty service should know that while practicing/working on people should follow proper infection control practices 100% Not sure if that answers your question 💗
This video has been very helpful to me I just have a quick question. Since the video mentions the kit must stay closed for entire exam do we also set the blood exposure incident bag on the table and leave it closed until we need to use it?
What I mean by Kit must remain closed throughout is that every time you go in and out of the kit/box you must put the lid back on it close the kit and not leave it open 😉 You get the blood expose bag out during that section of the test . Hope this makes sense

Yes only one , and 😐 not sure if they would like the bracelet for the lashes on your hand . You’ll only be applying 6 lashes, so my opinion just do it the classic way use a lash tile or use loose lashes in a tray.

The items can go in a duffle bag or a container like the one on my video whichever is best for you, as far as sweeping I mean your not doing a cosmetology exam but sure your instructor is just making sure you go the extras mile ❤️

My test is tomorrow in Richardson tx and my instructors dissappeared smh idk what to label the storage container and one step says to demonstrate separation. Does that mean to remove on lash extension from the natural strip lash?
350z Ay label it clean the whole box . Do NOT remove any lashes . You will only demonstrate you separating the lashes please watch the entire video from start to finish, everything you are suppose to do is on the video, good luck and let me know how you do.

ana sanchez it doesn’t specify, are you able to find a small lash pad or container? I’m sure you could also just remove from the lash strip (tray) here’s the thing, think of sanitation and how to avoid cross contamination whichever way you decide to fix up your kit as long as sanitation is being implemented and you are doing the steps they are asking for you should pass.

2. Prepare the mannequin for service
3. Protect lower lashes
4. Prepare for extension application

Yes the ones shown on the video sometimes are hard to find they are wipes that already come in that jar.

Did anyone actually use the mannequin tripod? It says it’s required on the PSI list
I don’t think it says its required … more so if you do take one you do NOT need to label it.
