A long time ago I heard some streamer say: "When you go melee as Greymane, someone's gonna die in the next 5 seconds. Make sure it's not you."
A more summarized line is "you press e, someone dies, don't let it be you."

A neat trick with greymane is if you use his ult to swap forms it doesn't effect E cool down so you can use it to chase someone a bit harder too. Not super useful but it has helped me get a couple kills on people who would have escaped otherwise
Useful against like tracer or Ming cuz they can to away if u E onto them
How to *CORRECTLY* play Greymane:
Step 1: Go worgen build
Step 2: Find enemy target
Step 3: Press E on target and afk to go get some dog treats for yourself
Step 4: Respawn and repeat step 2-3.

Urgh Twitch is just getting worse and worse for small streamer's. Especially after finding out that the big ones get 70/30 and renegotiate how much they get while smaller ones get 50/50.
I hate to break it to you, but the real world (or at least, business world) is pretty P2W. Twitch having meta-systems which are P2W isn't all that surprising. It's odd that viewers fund the advertisement, but that's not automatically a bad thing in my mind? Idk, if it makes people gift subs instead of donate then it's less money in the streamer's pocket, but if it actually gets results it might be money well 'spent' from the streamer's POV.
