Every crime we hear of, either warns us to be careful or scares us, it could happen to us. Every crime ignites a feeling, 'It should not have happened'. Would knowing the 'Why' behind a crime, help in stopping a crime from happening?' I don’t like the way he looks at me', 'I don’t like the way he/she is behaving', 'I think he/she is out of his/her mind', 'I think he/she has gone crazy'. That gaze, that quirky smile, that persistent stare which unnerves. It is difficult to understand the intentions but the hints are there. In a house a husband and wife argue, fight. A vessel comes flying, a glass breaks. The husband is angry and the wife is upset. That hatred, that ego. The distance that keeps growing. It is difficult to comprehend the damage, but the cracks are there. Feelings… expressions. Misunderstood, unresolved callings of the heart. The cracks are there. Too wide to be missed. Yet when the heart takes over the mind, the outcome is a mindless tragedy. Crime Patrol- Dastak will attempt to look at the signs, the signals that are always there before these mindless crimes are committed. Instincts/Feelings/Signals that so often tell us that not everything is normal. Maybe, that signal/feeling/instinct is just not enough to believe it could result in a crime. Unfortunately, after the crime is committed, those same signals come haunting.

Felt sorry for the policemen and women going around in circles. Anup Soni's conclusive narration is actually a very good wake up call for all those who believe in going to those who profess possession of supernatural powers.
All the actors have put in a very good performance, especially the grief stricken boy who loved the girl who was killed, the Tantrik, the disciples, the police informer, the brother of the Tantrik, the politician and his wayward son, and of course, Inspector Sanjeev Tyagi and his sidekick.
There are those who may think they can get supernatural powers, but that leads them through very sleazy and filthy practices, which are so abhorrent that it cannot be mentioned here.
Worship of the dark arts, and trying to control demons to do their bidding has been the wishes of many who do not care how low can they stoop, and to what wickedness they would involve themselves in, just to harness the evil spirits which they could be able to conjure up. No one can really do a profitable deal with demons, and they go down and drag all those who come to them, along with them. In fact, many go mad, or die a very painful and horrible death in their bid to control evil spirits.
Islamic Law has the death penalty, a very swift death for those who profess to be magicians and ensnare the gullible.
