I have a short video suggestion since you do them so well. You have covered most, but if you go from the center of Ocala, going east towards the coast. How far can you go before you get into the crazy homeowners' insurance rate areas. You speak of about $1000 insurance rates, but if you go too far, they can become $8000. For the same size and price house. That is a bigger issue than taxes, etc. Thanks for all you do, Marye. I figure you have the connections to know.
Honestly depending on the area, taxes in Lake Nona are higher but also the price of the houses. So it depends on the size of the house and also the area. In this house, they have homestead exemption that's why the taxes were like that
