At the Beginning of the Legendary my DMG was a bit low because I didn't had Memento Stacks but later in the Mission it went up which you can see it in the Video :)

@@AZ-dj1niso negotiator’s dilemma lets you mark a target if you crit them. Thr busy little bee also marks targets up to 10. If you crit mark 5 enemies (or three without the set chest piece) and then swap to a primary weapon, depending on how many stacks you have with your busy bee you’ll get a +20 percent damage boost. With negotiator’s dilemma , if you have two (or more) people marked (marked with crits) then if you crit one of those people, the rest will take 60 percent (or 100 percent either way the backpack). So criting with the bee to mark them and gain stacks, when you mark enough you switch weapons and then you can deal massive crit damage to not just the one you are shooting at, but everyone else you marked too.

Haha I know the feeling. when I matchmake I see people with full DPS but die every 2 steps so I'm force to change to heals. It will be hard after update though since they won't allow us to switch gears in combat.

i would just use striker chest piece for the striker damage bonus (full 0.65x200% instead of original 0.65x100%), you would get 65% more maximum damage already with it and use picaro holster for 15% weapon damage and armour. It's just more consistent than crit talent damage you got from 25% vs striker + Picaro total of 80% more dmg
So nice that you use a different AR...and not the meta elmo.... in my version of striker i use Savage Wolverine, because i am close to enemies and that weapon is giving me a +38% weapon dmg in 7m range...that with striker+memento+busy bee, i am deleting enemies. My secondary weapon is Dark Winter with all the buffs this one is ripping enemies....
I'm trying to get a feel for the high end content. I've been pretty much having to teach myself a lot of this so I am left with a lot of questions that are probably basic. One of those is: how do you keep your shield alive with a low skill tier on that difficulty? I feel like I'm hiding behind a "hang in there" kitty poster when I try and use it to switch cover positions unless I boost the skill tier really high, which means I have to take a hit in weapon damage or armor.
Well let me tell you a secret. When you use Memento and collect it's trophies to build up the stacks it also increases your shield's health. You can easily have a 5.5 mil to 6mil Crusader shield health when using health mods on shield and memento stacks(Every +1 Skill tier and Blue armor core both counts as Shield tiers). To keep your shield up just don't take too much damage on it. Keep an eye on it's health :)

Dude do not throw those kid into legendary promising they are going to exel...first they have to be very good at the game...second you must test that build on TD or the Zoo because those are the toughest legendary missions with open spaces where they flank you in a second and with many granadiers and explosive drone ladys....DU except for the beggining is mostly railed hallways...many people that watchs this video and mostly kids are going to assemble that build just to start solo CHB.. RI...TD or the Zoo on legendary to get their ass spanked so you should explain to then the difference of the difficulty of each mission and if they can survive with that build being not so good as a player.
For me it is. It's a personal Opinion but I will tell you why I feel it this way. 1. The Recoil is easy to Control. 2. It can use the Laser Pointer from Technician Specialization. 3. It looks sexy :) 4. Doesn't fire an entire mag in blink of an eye (still does it in a way if used with Striker).

I recently got back I to the game just finished the main campaign and now used a character boost for WNY DLC. I read that "Strikers" got a rework because of how busted the set was, is it still viable or is this the rework?
Sorry for asking this late, I’m still kind of new to the end game side of things, but is momento viable in legendary? Because most of the time you have to stay back and shoot without being able to get the trophy they drop.
Just use Bloodsucker talent on a high end backpack. It's way more Bonus armor for staying alive and every kill gives you armor directly to you and it remembers how much bonus armor you had when the talent is active. Memento when gets going it's always better. But in the beginning you need to build it up. I don't find it as a big deal when solo but it is hard when in group. When in group it's better to use Striker Backpack than anything else.
I finally have a use for Busy Bee. Ive looted like 10 of these things. Fully finished this build today. I had to farm CPs for hours just to get the friggin Sturdy 5.56 Magazine. Stupid RNG.
Crit Chance is what you want 1st. At least get to 50% mark and then rest is Crit Damage. Having high Crit DMG but low Crit Chance means you will see higher numbers but not very Often which will reduce your overall DPS.
Also, close and personal. It's going to be hard to hit that with strikers. I reckon you'd be better off using it on a hunters fury build. Or, just use the Honey Badger instead. Or, the police M4 which has almost nearly similar handling and stats.
is 5% more crit chance on the laserpointer really better than Flatline Talent + technician laserpointer, giving 15% to pulsed enemies? (plus of course the added bonus of an additional yellow core)
To answer myself: there's a huge difference. I unloaded 950 rounds into the shooting range, 10m, elite enemies. With Flatline I cap out at about 6.1m dps, with this build I reach 7.5m.
@@marcusvinicius917 You really should, it's a huge change. I also had a lot of fun leveling up the named LMGs. The "Dare" (GR9) was particularly fun. very accurate for an LMG, large ammo and sufficient RPM. Other LMGs are lacking, however, and the "wrong" perk is also a slight detriment.

@@marcusvinicius917 Yes, I meant proficiency on the items and subsequently expertise on the character. When you get the proficiency of the item to level 10 you can then use materials to increase the damage / armor of the item by 1%. That has been revamped a little and made cheaper on the lower levels. This set really only works if you get your crit chance up to 50%+, focus on that first. Farming wise I recommend Heroic content (in a group), because the stats are considerably better, both in quality (i.e. crit chance rather than armor per kill) and quantity (close to or at max roll).
@@fredrickwilliams3605 I may not be godlike but I can solo floor 100 on heroic for example. With this build I wasn't even close to completing the first area of District Union Arena on legendary. I get like 6 of them down and then a bunch run out with like 3 dogs and gank me.
@WonderSausage you would have to compare soloing on Legendary on your own build with soloing Legendary with this build - you cannot compare Heroic and Legendary - they are too different. My only complaint with this build would be that a Striker build for Legendary would make you squishy. Even Hunters struggles at this level… I love them for content up to Heroic, but you need something more sophisticated for Legendary in experience. The pistol is nuts on a Negoatiors delema build. Using the chest to mark 5 targets then poping out with 100% extra damage is beautiful

Busy Little Bee just makes builds like these happen because you can drop DMG for Safety and Still Do same if not more DMG from it's stacks :D

Ok ill try this. I just got into this game after like 4 years.
I know it’s DZ only but Rock & Roll is the best in slot play for shotgun. Perfectly Extra is better for building those stacks and dmg very quickly.

If you're killing from distance, like you do here on Legendary, Memento isnt great as you're not picking up the trophies regularly enough
Once you get the memento buff from start then you can have it all the time throughout the mission unless you die.

Just use ceska grupo striker chest/bp with famas/elmos/f2000. Literally ez solo legendary.

No, It's only weapon damage. I farmed them with Crit stats so I can change it to armor :)

No. It's only active when you have bonus Armor and close to enemies within 10 meters.
