Dolls get elemental mastery based on your highest of range or melee, and your highest element. If you have 300 melee and 300 fire element, 100 ranged and 100 all other elements, your dolls will have 600 all elemental mastery, as it adds melee and fire together. AFAIK, all other stats are inhereted 1 for 1. i.e crit chance and mastery.
