Your'e telling me that 55.99 dollars is a meaningful discount? Street fighter 6, physical disk is 12 euro, on sale, in a store in my country.
If you have PC, I agree you're almost always going to find a much better deal on platforms like Steam. But for some, they only play on ps5 and only ever buy on the psn store. So, getting $14 off a brand top-tier game may be the best thing you see on psn store for a while
