I think a film could utilize the song to its full potential letting the instrumental take the form of the score with some orchestral recreations of the rhythms & the few little melodies that actually lie within the song, and then bring the vocals in when there's enough chaos on screen to justify. just that second verse alone could serve as a perfect anticipatory build up for the whole movie, a progressive upward spiral into primal destruction and what have you.
