How about apply the same laws to them as you do the rest of us, chase them out of the flood plains, problem solved. No sympathy for the idiots building outside of regulation... Constant charity to save people from their own stupidity and corruption!!
You are either blind or don't follow the news, much of places are flooded in the western cape and the wind even damaged 1 piece of wood in my roof. You are saying as long as you don't see rain then there must not be. Its like you see a person legs looks fine on the outside but he can't walk.
@@BladeCrew I literally went back into the house 2m later it started to pour like crazy. Winds also strong out of nowhere. Never said the rest of WC hasnt had rain just that where i am for the day. Getting angry bcz your roof got chipped not my issues.

@@cloudstrife8791 It's only a small wood panel in front of my garage, if it stop raining and less stronger wind I can fix it in like 20 min.
