@@jjdiddle7150 plus…all I’ve every played is K’s. They sound darker. These are way too bright sounding. K’s would have gotten washed out by all the other sounds because they’re so dark. They’re great but not very good in a gospel setting(I’m also an audio engineer).
It’s been years now that I have been watching this set and I’m constantly inspired that CJ plays something different & brings something fresh every time.
CJ comes from an amazing musical legacy and it is evident in his unique creativity. His Dad is Cedric Thomas and his Mom Vocal Beast Lejuene... when you've already got that kind of blood running through your veins added to your own desire passion and drive....here is the result.
