Do Pokemon camp, make curries, do all those things to male friendship with your newborn Riolu, or your veteran if you’re like this person, trust me I got so many newborns it’s unreal, they fill nearly a whole damn box

uh mine isnt evolving i gave it a soothe bell and maxed its friendship by 5 hearts
You have to level up Riolu in the morning with three hearts
Then ex p him when he next level up he should evolve

What level doe he have to be mine is 35
Doesn’t matter how many level he is, if you get three hearts (good friendship) and level him up by one level then he’ll evolve.

Wow if anyone need a tip I just Kept play pokemon camp for about 12 min and kept feeding him when he ask and about 12 min later it said he had 3 hearts so i left and it leveled up and it evolves sry if my english is bad😄👍🏼

I camped with my riolu and played it with my ultra bouncy ball then i used my exp L candy i leveld it up to lvl 36 and it evolve

Where do you get a smoo bell or whatever
it may be annoying if you get a weak riolu but quillfish is an easy pokemon to level up riolu with i think (atleast thats what happened to me)

So I had a riolu in brilliant diamond I transferred riolu to sword thanks to pokemon home I did the friend ship evolution and it didn't evolve it's level 12-13

I think maybe you're lack of badges, badges allow higher level pokemon to obey you.
How to get soothe bell
you can get soothe bell in Hammerlocke city, there's a little girl in the house on the right side of pokemon center.

Get three hearts with Eevee and make sure it didn’t learn any fairy type move, then level up during the night.

Mine doesn't have a soothe ball and mine is at 3 hearts I saw while talking to it but nothing happened no matter how many times I leave the camp nothing

So when I go into the camp I have 4 hearts above my riolu but every time I level him up afterwards he won’t evolve
Try level him up during the day and make sure no everstone on him

You can get a soothe bell from the friendship checker in Hammerlocke city, it’s beside pokemon center.
What level do u need to be on to evolve
Any level as long as you have at least three or more hearts, level up during the day to evolve it

if the Riolu is on level 100, you can evolve by giving it a rare candy after you get all the steps done

If your Riolu is level 100 and want to evolve into Lucario, just make sure you have at least three hearts with him and give it a rare candy during the day.

Yes you can, soothe bell just an item to boost friendship. You can play with riolu in Pokemon camp to increase friendship. Three hearts and level up during day time will do.
Soothe bell is easy to get tho
Bruh I just evolved type null now I have to do with riolu
