Thank you Charles for coming back to where you left off. And please don’t over think the editing Suzie. Being natural is what’s gold about you guys. Cheers Malcolm
I know a lot of work goes into getting the colors you want, some of them were sure pretty. Thank you for sharing and thank all you helpers we do appreciate them also.
We have strong team now, and they are a pleasure to work with. Selecting breeders and watching a strain improve is my favorite part of what we do. Charles
I've been wanting to develop a green peacock since that color isn't common in Lake Malawi cichlids. He will probably get some of those females next breeding cycle, especially if we can replace him with better Blue OBs in fish we are growing out. Charles
Those are some wonderful fish though, even if they dont fit with the line very well. This is the hardest thing about making lines of any plant or animal, you have to cull some individuals out of the line even if they are really interesting in a vacuum and for newbies like me that can be hard to accept.
My problem is that I view almost every variation as deserving a chance to start a new line. We hope to get Greenhouse 3 rebuilt this coming winter, so I'll have more space to work with more lines. Charles
Charles. Thanks for the video. Everything you do is so informative. Your fish are amazing. The brighter and more vibrant the fish are the more people will like them.
So glad you're all back. Your calm nature and straightforward storytelling are what make all of us enjoy your videos... Those high color females are some of the best I've seen, thankful that they made it through the high heat last summer. All the best for this year, and thanks again for all your effort and time putting these stories and videos together!
If you are passing through Adobes filter its throwing off the cool sounds in the background. I like hearing the effects of the greenhouse and fish splashing around and such
@goliadfarms7029 nah it's all good we all just love the videos and I understand you all have lives to live aswell we are all only humans keep up the good work

I didn't know the females could get egg spots.Do some males not have them.? I've had a blue ob male spawn with a black and orange ob female 2 years ago . Some of the malesare solid blue the others are obs with some red on shoulders and blue on the heads.Did have 22 males a one time now only 13 those seem to get along now . Guess they didn't like the ones they took out.
I have had males without egg spots. Since you got some non-OBs, both the male and female were heterozygous for the dominant OB allele. Interesting that they eliminated some males. I find that crowding and having lots of fish reduces aggression in cichlids. Charles

I agree! The natural way Charles tells us about your fish and lives is what we are here for!
I'm so glad you guys are back!! I enjoy your vides so much. Charles is like life goals for me
I'll pass that advice on to Susie.
Charles
Try as people have, I don't seem to be able to be anything but myself.
Charles
Thank you for watching and commenting.

Lovely fish with interesting potential!
I have high hopes for this strain.

That greenish male is so pretty! I think he deserves his own colony of lovely ladies 🤗

I really hope to restore this line to what it was before the disaster. We'll document the progress.
Charles
You are a fish breeding wizard! Beautiful fish! Seeing new content from you has already made my day.
Thank you. If you try enough things, sometimes one works out.
Charles

Thank you for watching. I like to imagine that I'm talking one-on-one with each of you.
Some of those females are nice.
Charles
Oh gosh, even the females are gorgeous! Love this line already!!
It's nice to get some color in peacock females.
Charles
❤I really like that greener male!❤ Thanks for all you're doing for the fish breeding 💕
I plan to give him his own females next breeding cycle assuming one of the young males is a better Blue OB and can replace him.
Charles
nice to see more of how you guys do things!
We will continue with similar videos for each of the strains and species of fish we raise.
Charles
If you are passing through Adobes filter its throwing off the cool sounds in the background. I like hearing the effects of the greenhouse and fish splashing around and such
I will pass that on to Susie. I raise fish and avoid all the technology.
Charles
Hello Charles! Thank you for taking the time to post again. I enjoy every video you make.
Thank you. We plan to post a couple of videos a week from now on.
Charles
Great to have you all BACK, thank you from NYC
Thank you from south Texas.
Charles
Woot woot!! I was thinking about you guys a couple days ago. Went back and watched a bunch of your videos
Thank you for watching. Susie says we'll be posting at least two videos a week now.
Charles
I have always enjoyed your process of selecting breeders. Great video
Thank you. Selecting breeders and seeing the results in their offspring is my favorite part of this,
Charles
Im happt to se u back making the videos i enjoy so much
I'm happy to be back. Susie says we'll post a couple of videos a week now.
Charles
So flippin amazing! Great to see the video. 🤙
Thank you. This will be a nice strain in a couple of generations.
Charles
Would love more videos of the gutter and sump koi and cichlids!
We'll do some more underwater video after Carl trains Susie on that equipment.
Charles
Хай вам щастить!❤
Thank you.
Charles
Beautiful fish! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for watching.
Charles
Wonderful
Thank you.
Charles
If you are talking about storms and rebuild I always get this song from Mandrill im my mind "House of Wood" ❤
I wasn't familiar with that song, but just looked up the lyrics. Sometimes it feels like that. Maybe we'll skip a hurricane this season.
Charles
Been waiting for so long
Sorry about that. Susie says we'll be posting a couple of videos a week from now on.
Charles
@goliadfarms7029 nah it's all good we all just love the videos and I understand you all have lives to live aswell we are all only humans keep up the good work
Hi, will you have any giant mollies available soon?
We just started working mollies today. We should see how the Giant Green Sailfins are doing soon.
Charles
very nice
Thank you.
Charles
❤
Thank you.
Charles
Still love that fish!
I look forward to restoring the line to what it once was. The greenish male is interesting even if not a good Blue OB.
Charles
Beautiful fish. Weird audio in this one though.
Maybe it's my voice that is weird. Now I'll have to listen to it to see. I try not to watch my videos.
Charles
@@goliadfarms7029 I think it was the editing. Could have been on my end though

I will pass that suggestion on to Susie and Carl. They handle the editing, I just raise fish.
Charles
I like that fish.
I don’t have y’all’s number anymore or I would have kept in touch and helped yall out over the summer!
Is your number the same? I'll text it to you. Good to hear from you.
Charles
Yea it’s the same.
Those males are insane
You should have seen the breeders we had prior to the Texas Winter Storm. Given a couple of generations, we'll restore this strain.
Charles
