Seeing that transparent Orion figure really makes me hope Lego will give us a force ghost minifigures for Star Wars one day.
This CMF is genuinely a 10/10 for me. There's never been a CMF until now where I've loved EVERY single figure, and now we have this. Such a great assortment of parts and prints.

The astronaut with jetpack must be a throwback to set 6457 from 1999 Space Port theme. At first it also reminded me of an old "jet pack with twin handles" part 6023, which I also remember from the Space Port theme but really originates from 1991 Blacktron II sets. I really like how that new jetpack part will be useful for making custom big mechanical backpacks for minifigs, I hope they will release it in more colours.
did they ever make it in different colours, or did it only come out in white?
i have a couple from the 90's but they are all white

Use the nurse left leg for the full Black Tron figure the prints are very similar
And then use the og Lloyd face for the head
I love this series so much. The M-Tron and Ice Planet are perfect, Blacktron - hate it and love it at the same time (I want a full blacktron minifig, and a full mutant ... this gives me neither, and not sure if I can piece together soemthing efficiently for it - not a fan of pulling arms ). The rest have a few gems - the insect, Orion, The Android with space baby. The rest are not bad. I really like it how Lego is starting to make better and better Minifig series - just wish they started doing more thematic ones (where's my Space Police, Spyrius, Exploriens and most of all UFO and insectoids :( ? )
- also I think the insect alien might be a hint at Insectoids (the wings have a similar patern to the ones on their ships )
That blue bug-like alien looks like Kurvinox from Polish "Kapitan Bomba" animated series xD

I actually believe the Bug Alien is not a reference to Galaxy squad but rather to Insectoids or just a new Species.

I din't think Lego has ever reused a CMF print in a subsequent series CMF figure (except for the weird themes sets from the early waves that had an alternate caveman, zombie, etc.), so I think the best odds of a complete Blacktron 2 soldier would be a battle-damaged version in a future series with tattered versions of the torso and left leg, but a new, clean right leg print. Actually, they could make it a next-gen version of the Space Villain, and give it the peg-leg opposite the new print.
The printing on the Robo-Nurse’ legs are very similar to the Blacktron Soldier’s. Would have been cool if they straight-up made them the same print for someone like you who wants to have an unmutated Blacktron Soldier.
I feel like three alien human-robot-mech would work great with 2011's Alien Conquest

I personally love the Ice Planet minifig remake, albeit wishing the visor was at least movable, but seeing the old helmet on the new armor actually looks way better.
I think lego doing soft-revivals of older themes to keep them relevant such as a single creator set or in CMFs is actually kind of genius. As much as I'd want a revival of the themes themselves, its much better to have these than none at all.

I was pretty disappointed in this Space themed CMF since there wasn’t new color of classic astronaut. For me really only interested in the alien warrior and alien tourist. Of course want nurse droid just for pink baby astronaut. Think the nurse droid legs could be used to make Blacktron 2 soldier normal.
if blacktron had both sets of legs, say instead of the double arm, or instead of the guns, then that would make it (I want the bug alien more tho) the best out of the CMF. I do like it, but out of this wave as is, is the weakest for me personally.

I'm torn, being mutated looks cool, but at the same time its hurting playability....
Its a shame they dont have the og colors for the old figures.

Idk the app, but if you Google the series 26 codes you can use your camera on the qr codes and the matching number will pop up as a link
