- I welcomed the New Year all alone in my secluded forest cabin. I decorated both the interior and the garden of my Tiny House specially for the occasion. The garden looked especially stunning in the evening hours. You absolutely need to see the lights in my garden! I cooked turkey over a wood fire and made myself some Dubai chocolate. As a young woman living alone in the forest, I’ve chosen a minimalist lifestyle, and sharing all these adventures brings me great joy. I had turkey too. I cooked it in a 8 quart air fryer for 2.5 hours 400 degrees. I like the skin very crispy.
