8:59 Sprinting across a lane like that is nuts when you haven’t checked for oncoming traffic. All it takes is a reckless driver and you’re toast.
Luxembourg seems like a really nice place and reminds me of alot of where I live in the U.S., I wonder if it’s a good cyclist destination good little chill vacation spot ? I’m definitely not big on the big cities.

Why do females lose their breasts? Does testerone increase or? Im really curious. I don't want to lose my boobs and i sweat just biking 5 miles 😮
Breasts are made of mostly fat. You loose fat when you do a lot of sports.

Unless you do some extreme endurance training that blows up your calorie needs I wouldn't worry about it. When you consume high amounts of protein and not enough carbohydrates though it promotes fat loss. So by eating a balanced diet and no exessive training you probably don't have to worry about that. But if you're a beginner you will obviously notice that you slim down overall, but that is also the phase where you will get the highest short term increase in muscle growth and fitness.
How fat cells are distributed in the body is largly genetic though. So that also effects belly and breast fat tissue.
