Its not compulsory to go personally for attestation in mofa.you can send your blood relatives (cousin, brother etc) for attestation. Your blood relative must have their original cnic and its photocopy when they will go for your attestation.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its Camp Offices in Provincial Capitals continue to provide efficient and friendly Consular Services to the public. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has upgraded a state-of-the-art fully air-conditioned Consular Services Hall to further improve our service delivery standards. The Hall was inaugurated and operational zed in October 2013 with the following facilities for the public.
Seating capacity of 200 persons.
Four LCDs (TVs) with cable networking.
Facility of photocopying.
Five counters are marked for receiving the general documents and one counter is marked for delivery of general documents. Two counters are dedicated for receiving and returning of ‘Power of Attorneys’. Sufficient number of officials are available to facilitate and provide services to the visitors. In addition, courier companies (Gerry’s, Leopards, TCS) are authorized to receive and deliver documents for attestation from the general public. All general documents except Power of Attorney and Affidavits, either received, directly or indirectly, are efficiently processed or attested within two hours.
Instructions for Attestation of Documents:
No fee is charged for any type of attestation either by the Ministry or its Camp Offices. Only prescribed value revenue stamps are required to be pasted on the documents submitted for attestation. People coming for attestation of documents are required to bring their original identity cards.
A photocopy of the document to be attested is also required for the Ministry’s record.
Ladies and Gentlemen can directly visit the Ministry for attestation of documents. Those unable to come in person can send their blood relative for which the designated person is required to prove his/her relation with the applicant.
A person residing outside Pakistan should send the authority letter dully attested by Pakistan’s Embassy in the country concerned, to the person other than their blood relative. Blood relatives are exempted from such an Authority letter.
Documents complete in all respects are expeditiously attested.
Dubious and incomplete documents are referred to the issuing/attesting authority for re-verification.

Attestation of Nikkah Nama/Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC)
Original Nikkah Nama issued by Nikkah Registrar with his signature/stamp along with Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC) and Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) of bride with husband name is required or Family Registration Certificate (FRC) or Children Registration Certificate (CRC) from NADRA (in case of children after the wedlock). In case a Marriage took place “online”, the requirements would be the same and the original Nikkah Nama must be duly signed by the bride and groom as well as witnesses with their thumb impressions affixed on it.

💕No, foreign certificates/Diploma are not attested by the IBCC. However, the IBCC determines their equivalence and equivalence letter can be attested by IBCC if requested by the applicant.

Educational degrees and Experience certificates issued from authorities abroad should be attested by the Pakistan's Missions abroad. IELTS/TOEFEL etc. certificates are attested if signed/verified by local Foreign Office and by Pakistan's Mission in the country of origin.
