- Experimentation time! One thing I haven't been able to get looking just right is semi-transparent dragon wings. Will it work this time using glazes???

First, let me say it looks fantastic. Also, having the top more opaque makes sense, though, because assuming your light source is the sun above the wing, it would be more transparent on the bottom looking up. You're not going to get as much light going through the membrane from the top looking down.
First, I need that painter's medicine!
Really like the pinky look to the membranes. Stands out in a good way.

Another good reel for the can. With Loomis and MST3K there's no way to stop the painting goodness. Agreed on the pink underside being a bit strong but as you said, this has been on the desk for a while, kt was time to just get it done. Good job.
