There is an old “Fall Guy” tv show episode just like this episode & i believe this “Emergency” cartoon came out before the “Fall Guy” aired in 1982.

The last Rescue with Cave in. Engine 51 responds out of the Station as the open cab Crown while responding it becomes a Ladder truck l. At the Scene it looks the Ward Lefrance engine.
