In the uk we'd call that cloudy apple juice. For us cider is what you'd call hard cider. I was hoping the pressure to squish the apples was going to come from that log splitter on the tractor.
It's easy to turn that into hard cider, since it isn't pasteurized. All you have to do is leave it out and it will wild ferment. Those apples wouldn't stand a chance against the log splitter! They wouldn't have a drop of juice left!
Oh no. I can tell you from experience 50 years ago, you have to have some good wormy horse apples and an ample supply of yellow jackets going through the cider mill to make the cider good and spicy. lol
