So many emotions as I am listening to this. I can deeply relate to a lot of what you said. Prayer and my self-talks is what gets me through my days. I’ve contemplated s*****e more than I’d like to admit and often have the same thoughts about death. I can honestly say, I have been much better these past 3 years but I know it’s a life long journey. I would love to share my story with you!
