I'm 25 weeks post relaxer.
I wanted to try a perm rod set on my relaxed hair after watching AccordingtoChloeC's Perfect Perm Rod set video but I didn't have enough perm rods to complete the look on my hair. I followed a similar technique to the bantu knots style but I used flexi rods instead to get the same curl pattern.
I wore this look for about 3 days before I got into the pool again =).

I stumbled on this video accidentally. I was watching then seen ur annotation about the fathers day vlog, and got a little sad bc my father passed away in September. But when I seen your dad walk up, I was almost in tears. He reminded SO much of my dad from the little part I could see. Sorry if thats weird, I think it's just a random sign from God, I'm not sure. Finally, I have found flexi rod on relaxed hair that I actually love the outcome ,all the other outcomes I love on TH-cam are on natural hair. This means all hope is not lost for my relaxed hair.

i was hesitating to try this because i did it in the night and had to leave early the next morning and i didn't want it to fail and then i would be late but Dammm she fit me so nice i tried it more than once and i loved it , it lasted more than normal curls. thanks
