I was also pretty surprised by the KTM lap time. To be honest, all day I was telling everyone how slow it felt (and how slow I felt on it). I guess the saying is true...slow can be fast sometimes!
Guys. I don't even ride a Honda 450. I sold it and bought a Husky because I was so fed up with its issues. Not favoring any bike in this. In fact, I was pretty sure I was going to be fastest on the Yamaha just judging off of feel. I was surprised to see how fast I was on red
@@JeffWalker84 you rode the honda at the best time weather it was intentional or not. Best time for the track and your physicality. By the 3rd bike your pecking and the track is at its best. I'm just getting enough poeple (they're too many) who say suzuki is shit, is not reliable, they always blown up, they are slow... I just want to answer fuckyouself
Jeff is full pro so he would need what’s the fastest, best suspension, and what feels best overall for him. For you local riders just pick a color and go because most can’t tell the difference between them but Jeff walker can.
Every shootout without fail you get the old, ‘just pick a color they’re all great bikes’ comment, invariably from someone who hasn’t ridden any of them.
Honestly it’s literally just about your color preference let’s be honest😂like yeah all the bikes are different but the main reason I ride Kawi is cus greens my favorite color🤷🏻♂️
I don't know whats cooler. Seeing you rip on all the different colors of bike or the editing you did to stitch the laps together. Great stuff as usual!

Great video! I would love to see videos where you show simple bike tips and tricks. For example I rid but not fast so I would like to see a video how to corner like you :) (Like a real pro!) Keep an eye on my channel for more Shootout content starting tomorrow! Big thanks to Jeff for Flying out on the off-weekend for some good times...
Will he be participating in the 250 shootout as well?
Yz 1 depends on timing with his upcoming school schedule, but I hope we can make it happen!
Have you been talking to jmc racing
Your awesome Mike! My wife thinks your kinda nerdy with all your technical jargon, but that's why we luv you! 😍
Can't wait! Your attention to detail is by far the best out there.
The transition between the bikes mid-whip, was the most satisfying thing I’ve seen in a while!
At first i was looking at the time, and then, "whoa! When did he change the bike?"
For real, it took me a few seconds before I noticed the blue fender magically change to white.
I agree
If you ever get the time for making a video series on how to do the basics of motocross like cornering and jumping, that would be great

i bought a left over crf 450 17 , it rips & turns on a dime ,like my old 1993 cr250
Just got an 18 crf450 also are y'all having any issues with front end wash? Might just have to play with the settings a little more or swap the tire
Very nice. As expected ktm and crf at the top.
Seems like your were way more consistent to push harder on the crf in stock trim...

Need to do 3/4 laps and take an average as you are taking different line selections in every lap so times will be different
Ryan Warren I’m sure he did that and just took the best lap from each one.
For the most part it looks like his lines are very similar if not the same. Maybe I missed a few.
The mistakes on the Zook too :(
