yes.this song was originally by the band "4D",which Kenji Konishi(who was the keyboardist of p-model in this video) belonged to. This song resembles the p-model's song "heaven". So Hirasawa made "heaven2000" (included in the album 音楽産業廃棄物 p-model or die) from these two songs.
