Thinking pattern to build positivity, kill automatic negative thoughts, increase self confidence and self esteem. Negative thinking and low self esteem will shape your life negatively, your thinking pattern negatively, your way of choosing a spouse, the way of choosing a career and determine your excellence at work. So, this is a critical issue to solve so as not to be trapped in the trap of delusional low self-esteem or low self-confidence. Step 1) Aware of self-criticism, know that it is not a fact. Repeated self-criticism will shape your negative thinking paradigm, scheme of thinking. Say to yourself that your thoughts are not a fact. Do not accept the negative thought, and do not act according to the negative thought that will make the negative thought a reality. Remember, thoughts come and go. You will decide which one you want to choose, accept and follow. Step 2) Learn to unlearn or reverse negative thoughts that always come to your mind. Counter the negative thought with balanced, more realistic thought. Not a toxic positive, artificial thought. Step 3) Stop comparing yourself with others with justified reasons. Step 4) Appreciate and be grateful for the strength and good value that you possess. Your strength does not have to be extraordinary. Step 5) Self care. Self care routine promotes physical and mental health and confidence. It makes you feel that you have achieved things for the day. Step 6) Help families and others. Do things that are kindful to others. Charity. Smile. Also be kind to animals. Step 7) Forgive yourself, forgive others, and let go of the baggage. Lighten. Sometimes, we feel a lack of confidence because of the mistakes we committed in the past. Accept your imperfections. It is okay to be wrong at some point of life. The most important thing is what you learnt and acted to reclaim the losses. Step 7) Alway improve, learn and rectify yourself. We are not fixed robots. We are human and capable of learning. We have unleashed potential. If you are lacking in one area, that is not the end. We can change. Focus the thought and energy on the effort, rather than ruminating, overthinking the negative thought.
