I'm so glad that this guy already knew what he was gonna create because the amount of destructive work he did in this video gave me anxiety 💀 but great work man! 🔥🔥
Beautiful work!! I would love an audio narration option that explains the process too. I can follow along with most of it, but sometimes the menu text is hard to read or I’m unfamiliar with a particular process. Again though, really beautiful techniques, can’t wait to start trying composites :)
The best photoshop tutorial i've ever seen and you don't even say a single word. You're an amazing artist, and the way you show is so futuristic and simple and creative.. true art, congratulations. Greatings from Brasil.
@@Rob-hm4jx Destructive editing is when you edit or manipulate an image permanently and you cannot revert back to the original picture if you don't find the final result satisfactory enough. In other words, he isn't making enough use of masks

Great tutorials. Thanks for doing it at a normal speed so I could comprehend and learn thoroughly. But would anyone be so kind and show me the shortcut being done at 14:31 where the Brightness/Contrast 2 was clicked and a whole combined composition layer was created (Layer 1 in the clip)? Thanks again!
love it , excellent job my freind ........ but in my opinion there's a lil issue with the boy's contrast it needs to be a lil bit darker to fit with the whole pic .( i can be mistaken ) regards .
Yeah I was thinking that throughout the video as well, wasn't sure if I was just being nitpicky at that point though. With the final colour grade it hides that a bit though which is good.
exactly, was going to comment this. Your shadows on the complete backside of light should generally always have about the same black level. One thing that helped this shot a lot (the easy way to color grade) was desaturating the picture... a lot. Color grading a high saturation/high contrast image is much harder.. especially for video. This is a cool lesson on color matching some and using clipping masks though for somebody new.

U are probably talking about the adjustment layers. ..but if you have practiced editing a pic few times...it's not necessary to work on the safer side bcoz u are already expert in it now
@@josephmitchell9500 destructive editing usually means that you are working only over a single layer or you're editing the original image, this is why photoshop has masks, intelligent objects, adjustment layers, and more. Imagine you have a client and once you did all this he wants to make the truck a lighting change? it would be easy but at 6:06 you can see how he merges the channel layer with the car and then uses another direct adjusment over the car, now think about the several mistakes like this in this image, if he was requested several tasks like this he would need to do the whole image again, thats why you dont destroy everything you do here!
I absolutely love the music, it's something you hear in a movie as someone leaps at this opportunity for change. This definitely adds to the vibe.

I looket at it for 6 hours now
the sky's image doesn't work i don't know why
It's because its lighting is WAY off. There shouldn't be any shadows other than the ones created by the moon, though there still are.
