Atacms like all the weapons systems were built in quantity then production was shut down because of private concerns. the UK is the same, BAE supplied 50,000 tank shells in one go then put houses on the factory. Russia not only mothballs their factories they build them with a four times surge capacity. they restarted the t80 factory which was shut down decades ago even though the turrets like all soviet turrets were cast in Mariupol. 2000 atacms were made and 500 were sent to Ukraine of the older variant, like the stinger they are struggling to restart production because nobody knows how to do it anymore. the skillset has almost died out.
since when is a minor attack comprised of 2 tanks, 12 armored vehicles with 200-300 troops called an OFFENSIVE? thats merely a counter attack, i would expect a larger formation of at least 1 tank division and a few brigades to be considered an important formation to be dealt with especially with these 2 armies that have troops in the hundreds of thousands.
That came as a shock to Russian military who expected it to continue for days and probably even weeks to come. So they made all the preparations and were steeling themselves for an offensive.... But then it only lasted 12 hours or so: made no military sense!
It's heartbreaking to see what's happening to Ukraine, but at the same time I truly believe Russia is on the right side of history on this one. All this death and destruction for what? So NATO could move into Ukraine? Really??? Hope it was all worth it.
These two guys are the best commentators on the Ukraine conflict and no lurid headlines - just the facts.
Yeah? You might want to check out Dr Mearsheimer... as they do often.

Since the Battle of 76 Easting, in which the Iraqis had no effective weapons and ran away inflicting 1 casualty, got written up as a battle?

2nd comment. Bam-O. Pa needs to elaborate more. Broad context & history history. Thanks for show. Go live so the community can ask questions.
I see your dad has Чебурашка 👍
The US EMPIRE can definantly survive but UKRAINE will not, very sad.

And nothing of value was lost.
You suck
Better question is if Russia can survive this war.
Well it is surviving it pretty well
From what can be seen, they are doing pretty well infact l would argue that cease fire would harm them in the long run.
Say what?? Quite a delusional question, isn't it?
They will come out of this war far stronger and richer than they entered it
Way way to much CNN viewing
