      Hey, no it doesn't require any additional code. If you've followed it right, it should be working on smart phone.

      Yes you can. That's simpler than adding a one in the menu.
      There's a plugin named "Ivory Search", you can add a search box anywhere in the pages and use filters alongside.

      @@virtualcrafts is there a specific plugin for filter? and how do we decide from which contents the search bar will search in, because i know in normal html, we can make a list of overall searchables.

      @@cravenmoorehead69 For filters, you can use "Ivory search" plugin too but instead try using "Search & Filter" plugin that exists in wordpress repository. And you can select which content you want to include in the search results. For example, if you want the search to get only products on the site, you'll need to check the "Products" only and uncheck the blog and pages.
