Well done Christopher Ward team. This is a beautiful looking watch with great specs and a fantastic price tag. I salute 🫡
Lovely watches! Please give us more dial color options in Ti.
The fact that the price remained accessible is really a great friendly gesture towards its enthusiast base. Unlike IWC re releasing a certain watch and pricing it out of reach from those who wanted it re released. I’m seriously tempted to get one!
A lot of people are bemoaning how this piece is an homage or even going as far as a "copy". But what all these people miss is that CW is bringing us a watch that looks and feels like something $10000+ for less than $2000. People keep comparing to the czapek antarctique as if that is a BAD thing. I'd say it is a pretty massive compliment to be compared to a $28000+ watch that costs so comparably little. Or the PRX, but this watch seems a lot smaller on the wrist without being too small like the PRX 35mm, as well as more refined in the details. Both are great, but this is a clear step up.
This opens the market for normal people. And that is a good thing. Something watch collectors seem to forget.
@@LaFonteCheVi i whole heartedly agree!
This will send ripples throughout the industry.
Not really
It won’t
I hope that you will offer uniform color dials in Ti. I think that the gradient colors de-emphasize the wonderful dial texture.
Congratulations. This will be a big hit!
Such a gorgeous watch for such a great price! Congratulations on making this!
White and gray dials on the titanium would be unbeatable.
Beautiful watch, I just purchased one.
Which one did you get?
a quick adjust clasp? in furture maybe ?
Simply stunning.
Purple titanium preorder locked and loaded.
Do you think you will be putting the chronometer movement in the steel version in the future?
The voice on the presenter is fantastic
Looks great. Green dial soon?
You guys are killing it 👏 ❤
Lovely watch as usual from yourselves, why didn't you use your own movement in this one?
Christopher ward’s own calibre would be too thick for this very thin case, hence why the titanium version will be slimmer than the steel version. The in house calibre would be too thick for both.
Superb watch! Going to hold off for the 36mm variants though. Please give us the same dial colours as i plan on buying the nordic blue and grey and probably the white at some point.
Nice you do speak about Gerald Genta and that you got inspiration for example from Omega
This is what I’ve been waiting for, simply sublime 🤩
This is a gorgeous watch
I'm regretting buying the PRX powermatic 80
This will be a huge success!
PRX 80 is still a beautiful watch
@@yyHabib
Tbh I'm not regretting it
It's just that actually handling it Feels different than the images. the Bezel is bland, The applied indices are tiny, My bracelet started creaking after a week. I don't know why makes a slight creek, and also the watch scratches very easily
I think Christopher ward is just better executed (for double the price obviously)
Extremely good looking watch hat's off
Well done! Ordered one!
great looking watch and fab price point
Love that dial!
Gorgeous!
The indices are really beautiful, I hope we see them again on other, more minimalist models (e.g. sealander)
The Twelve is awesome, I want one or two.
Congratulations, looks stunning in photo
This watch is lovely! 😍
I'm a big fan of your brand, I own a trident pro 600 a real favourite of mine 38mm blue dial & a beautifull thing, a quality product, however there is no need to print swiss made on the dial ( it does'nt work going up & down on the design ) & the crown guards could/should have been integrated. But its a great addition to your line up, you just get better with time (no pun intended!)
Watchfinder great review now I want one ❤😊
Any plans for white on white rubber strap?
This.
Stunner
Guys, any video from production of the watches? Not this one, just any model
Lovely, great price, but I'd pay a bit extra for 60+ power reserve
Yeah, 56 hours is a bit of a let down.
I love it. Are there bracelet options?
Wow wow wow!! God tier worthy creation surely?
PLEASE! Make LAGOON BLUE IN STEEL WITH COSC MOVEMENT
Das Blatt der Titan-Version ist mega. Glaub die brauch ich :-)
Beautiful!
Would buy a 36mm version of this without hesitation
Incredible value proposition!
I really want to love it but i just don’t like triangle indices and hands - just pointy spikes - too many simple straight lines. Always so subjective.
A longer power reserve and 36-38mm option would probably convince me though.
Amazing work!
Take my money. A gold one would be fire.
Are the crown guards removable?
for only 300 bucks more, I'd take this over the Tissot PRX.
Can't wait for the smaller version to land!
Wow!
Well done Gents. Beautiful, but please drop the crown guards.
I want this watch
This is amazing
38mm and no-date please!
Please tell us there will also be a smaller version - this in 36mm would be perfection!
Yes in september. It was presented in private presentation.
@@LtTheXamax really? any source on that?
@@oldTiredGuitarist I got this information from the insider. I do not have any source or proof for you, sorry.
It’s a very well made timepiece. Just misses two major things to tap into a much wider audience: Colours, Case Sizes. Well done CW.
36mm coming soon...
@@davids.2317 Have they announced it already!?
@@theaj1nkya yes, september I believe.
@@davids.2317 Anything more coming up or links for me to read the info please? Many thanks.
Christopher Ward is out of control.
Tissot prx bracelet
So cool it has screw everything 😁 now decide between steel or titanium
What movement works in that watch?
Sellita SW200-1 in the steel version and Sellita SW300-1 cosc in the titanium version.
CW punches above their weight class again.
Make a 38mm version and I will make the purchase.
Nice, but doesn't it look like Tissot Prx though?
🤯👏🏻👀❗💯
Looks like the Zenith Defy Skyline
Czapek Passage de Drake, you mean ? Guess we need to thank CW for getting this brand the recognition it deserves ! aha :D
Tissot Prx, better watch out
38 (maybe 37 or 39) mm would have been perfect :(
Not "only" 40 and 36 mm. For many, many men the sweet spot is between that (the trend to wear smaller watches will continue the next decades, I think).
Beware, while they make nice watches, Christopher Ward doesn't back their warranty on watches that have problems with their movements.
Whats the problem?
I can't afford the H. Moser purple face. But I can afford the 12 with the purple face.
Code cracking disrupter.
Czapek sending a cease and desist to you guys
Same designer works with both companies. You would think he would be more original.
solid royal oak clone
Plz do a rose gold one with chocolate dial it would b perfect
Chhrispy.
Nice - but sadly not COSC ACROSS THE RANGE, all automatic watches £1000 need to be COSC now - that what will stop me spending - same with that absolutely beautiful, looking DUNE - not COSC though so not for me.
Kind of hear what you're saying, but a few seconds a day out should not be the reason not to buy a watch! My favourite watch is a Seiko from the 70s. It's +10 seconds per day but has everything going for it. Lovely small and thin case vintage charm.. just stunning on wrist...I think accurate movements are overrated personally... for me anyway. On a modern watch, anything within 5-10 seconds I can live with
Way too expensive
For the love of God please have a limited edition run where the dial has no date window! All watch brands including you leave a lot of money on the table because people like me will not buy your watches because the dial is "scarred" nothing on the watch needs to change just put a full dial! Please hear me I've been screaming this for decades! All watch manufacturers cannot possibly be this deaf! Make it a limited-run or make it an option to order by request! Please!
You pronounce it "Genta" as if with a J, and and not "Henta". Gerald Genta is not Spanish!!! I suggest you correct because it makes you look out of touch and ignorant.
We thought differently... HOW? How did you think differently if your watch looks like milion others? 6 years to design a watch that looks like every other watch... you should change your designer.
Disappointingly unoriginal.
this is such a cringe video 😂
It's a replica. How in the world did it take you 6 years to copy it? Unbelievable.
Disgraceful of you to use the name Genta to sell this pice of junk!! Shame on you!
Czapek knockoff.
Too expensive for what it is
Cringe comment
oh look, another Zenith Defy clone.
Doesn’t look very original, just one more option in a sea of similar models from the last years.
Might be a couple of years too late as people who wanted to get a nice integrated bracelet sports watch without breaking the bank had the PRX to feed their hunger. I don’t see people who already have an automatic PRX spend that kind of money for a watch that’s quite frankly very similar.
Run the market research groups did you?
@@akeyasa2228 No, just giving my opinion, like everybody else here in the comments.
A watch for poor people
More money than sense.
