Banger hunt! And food looks great as well. If you’re so inclined, sometime try adding the butter once you turn the heat off post reduction aka “mounting” the sauce. The emulsion turns out really nicely. Just an idea if you’re up for something different sometime.
great idea! I also have since strained the sauce and it turns out a bit fancier, too. 'Course I save the garlic and onions strained to have on a crust of bread!
