कोशिश अच्छी है परंतु परिणाम संतुष्टिपूर्ण नहीं आ सकते जबतक दोनो पानी का तापमान समान न हो। कौन सा पानी कितना गर्म हुआ कैसे पता चलेगा, दोनो पानी को 80 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक गर्म करना चाहिए था।उसके बाद ही पता चलेगा कि किस विधि से कितनी पावर लगी है।
जानकारी अच्छा लगा। इसे हमे और प्रचार करना चाहिए। केरोसिन तेल स्टोभ और ग्यास स्टोभ का भी भिडियो बनाएगें तो जो लोग केरोसिन तेल का भी प्रयोग करते हैं उनके लिए भी लाभदायक होगा।
2 things have not been considered here. 1. Electricity rates are cheapest for first 100 units i.e. after 100 till 300 units are charged at double the rate effectively making Electricity charge at ₹9.1/unit till 300 units of consumption. If monthly consumption is upto 500 units then this figure would be ₹10.95/unit. 2. Household gas retail rate is ₹1000 but actual subsidised rate matters. Taking these into our calculations, ₹6.3 remains ₹6.3 for gas(No/Negligible subsidy). ₹2.8 becomes 0.4*6.91 = 2.76 for induction For heavy usage, 0.4*9.1 = 3.65 For over usage, 0.4*10.95 = 4.38 Of course if a flat bottom vessel would have been used, results could go in favour of induction but still the conclusion is Induction is good for limited/small size family as it's very easy to cross 100 units even for other appliances. When adding AC, geyser and Induction for all cooking, it is bound to touch 300 units. More wattage simply means more power, more bill but less time. Then not all cooking is possible on induction especially where heat needs to be retained like in a tawa.
Nice 👍 ( LPG is imported and subsidised so we should compare price of commercial LPG per kg which will widen the boiling cost of 3 litre water thru LPG . Also flip side is we are importing LPG and wasting our foreign exchange . )

My experience is if you use flat bottom and induction friendly cookware, it takes much less time compared to gas. Hence induction cooking is faster with less cost. However, it is a better idea to use both.
Awesome topic, representation and calculation. One more thing which adds in favour of induction is its low wastage as it automatically by cuts off intermittently when you lift cookware away from its coil surface. Wheras if you forget to turn off gas then it will continue to burn as it is. Induction cooktops usually heat much faster than gas. You used only 1200W cooktop, however 2100W cooktops (which consume 1700 to 1800 W in reality) are very common. Induction cooktops are much more efficient than any other because they directly heat up utensiles unlike a gas burner which is heating up itself as well and then transfering heat via atmosphere to the utensile. You did a really great job sir. Very well presented with accuracy.

Induction cooker work best in case of cast iron utensils. Iron have low thermal conductivity but if a copper layer is used it will solve that problem in case of LPG.
Sir,we will have to buy gas and induction heater both ,because there is no guarrentee for 24 hrs electricity.Or diesel stove is required as substitute ,as kerosin is not available every where.
Both can be used to save a lot of costs, use gas only when electricity is not available. I'm also doing the same. The cost of my gas is almost zero because I have a 2.5 kW solar system installed, and use it to cook things only on days. At night I just heat things that hardly use any electricity.

If sir we calculate the gas flow at the rate of 0.5m cube per hour the gas consumption takes 25 min . Total heat consumption we calculate total calories which is 4.2 j per second temp of water raised mass of water × calorific value × raised in temp. Then now we should calculate the gram of gas used . Tota heat required to raise the temp divided by density of gas × 1000
And why is it wrong to simply just weigh the cylinder instead of your complicated calculation? You realise the flow per hour of the gas isn't constant? It depends on ambient conditions and it will also decrease as the gas gets used progressively. So that value of 0.5 is your assumption which is not going to stay constant. It is effectively going to become an integration equation. Way too complicated! But the measured weight is going to be a constant, that won't change unless we go to different planet. Now what's more stable? Room's temperature and pressure or room's gravity? Also we can easily remove the gravity factor and now the mass won't change even if gravity changes. Why are you basing your calculations on randomly changing parameters and approximated assumptions instead of stable eternal constants which are easily physically measurable? Especially stuff like mass which is a fundamental parameter, but pressure and stuff are derived from it. That's just a mess of dimensions. Maybe you are a prodigy to find comfort in equations that are messy instead of simple. Respect!!

आप का बर्तन नीचे से फ्लैट नही था, जो गैस के लिए तो ठीक है , क्योंकि गैस की आंच उसको सभी और से कवर कर लेगी,लेकिन इंडक्शन के लिए ये बर्तन सही नहीं है, अगर आप बर्तन नीचे से बिल्कुल फ्लैट लेंगे तो इनडक्शन में आधे से भी कम समय लगेगा, और फिर बिजली तो कम लगेगी ही,
मैंने भी यह ट्राई किया, पहले मैंने नीचे से गोल बर्तन से ट्राई किया बाद में नीचे से फ्लैट बर्तन से ट्राई किया जो स्पेशल एंड एक्शन के लिए बनाए जाते हैं, नीचे से फ्लैट बर्तन से समय आधे से भी कम लगा......

Induction cooker work best in case of cast iron utensils. Iron have low thermal conductivity but if a copper layer is used it will solve that problem in case of LPG.
Sir,we will have to buy gas and induction heater both ,because there is no guarrentee for 24 hrs electricity.Or diesel stove is required as substitute ,as kerosin is not available every where.
Both can be used to save a lot of costs, use gas only when electricity is not available. I'm also doing the same. The cost of my gas is almost zero because I have a 2.5 kW solar system installed, and use it to cook things only on days. At night I just heat things that hardly use any electricity.

If sir we calculate the gas flow at the rate of 0.5m cube per hour the gas consumption takes 25 min . Total heat consumption we calculate total calories which is 4.2 j per second temp of water raised mass of water × calorific value × raised in temp.
Then now we should calculate the gram of gas used . Tota heat required to raise the temp divided by density of gas × 1000
And why is it wrong to simply just weigh the cylinder instead of your complicated calculation? You realise the flow per hour of the gas isn't constant? It depends on ambient conditions and it will also decrease as the gas gets used progressively. So that value of 0.5 is your assumption which is not going to stay constant. It is effectively going to become an integration equation. Way too complicated!
But the measured weight is going to be a constant, that won't change unless we go to different planet. Now what's more stable? Room's temperature and pressure or room's gravity? Also we can easily remove the gravity factor and now the mass won't change even if gravity changes. Why are you basing your calculations on randomly changing parameters and approximated assumptions instead of stable eternal constants which are easily physically measurable? Especially stuff like mass which is a fundamental parameter, but pressure and stuff are derived from it. That's just a mess of dimensions.
Maybe you are a prodigy to find comfort in equations that are messy instead of simple. Respect!!
