Hi Sidharth, Following through step-by-step and at the end when trying to do the Observation step I keep recieivng an error - "Existing resource ID[Patient/2362522] is of type[Patient] - Cannot update with [Observation]". Not too sure if this is common or maybe an update please let me know if anyone knows

When I tried to add the patient I received the error: "Failed to parse request body as JSON resource. Error was: Incorrect resource type found, expected \"Bundle\" but found \"Patient\"

I guess you've figured it out by now. You're POSTing to the base url. You need to POST to {{base url}}
