I agree. Shipping can really ruin a good friendship. It makes the people involved uncomfortable and makes them distance themselves from each other. It’s also just way more unlikely to be romantic to the point of it actually being closer to a fantasy than anything else. We have to keep that in mind when we say certain things. When fans talk like they know everything, it’s almost forcing a romantic narrative, it’s too much.
