At Christmas time I made my first cards. I embroidered them. I typed the greeting on the inside of the card stock and sent them. But that started me watching card making videos. For us newbie’s it would be nice for you’d do a video about the advantages/disadvantages of a rubber stamp compared to a clear stamp that you attach to your Misti or an acrylic block. I have used rubber stamps in the past but WOW I sure made a mess when I tried to stamp using an acrylic block! There must be some kind of trick. You make it look so easy. I know you’ve said you can use Dawn dish detergent to clean your stamps, but does it hurt the stamp especially the clear ones if you also use a nail brush when cleaning them? If you already have such a video can you direct me to it? Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Trying to get ideas for St Patrick’s day cards now.
I wouldn't dismiss the ocean wave stamp being turned the other way round. You have to envision one of those giant Hawi'ian waves that is just breaking along the top edge and white foam riding up the face of the wave. All you need is a little surfer out there paddling like crazy!

That is super cute. The greeting does look like it is drawn in the sand and adding just that touch of shading to the waterline makes all the difference in how it looks. What a fun card.
