- Bad Habits and Addictions are problems that affect a majority of the populace. It is not as if we relish them but it is more a case of being stuck, unable to give them up. Did you know that a different approach is to be adopted while dealing with a bad habit and while dealing with an addiction?

Since Sanchita (accumulated), Prarabdha (fructifying) and Agami (current) are involved in our habits and behavior. In my personal experience, I prayed to Swami to overcome and I used write letter to Swami stating my habits, which i am unable to correct myself. This helped me better with good result. Thank You. In order to stay motivated and make our heart pure we should give up on ABC(avoid bad company)and take up on a good habit that is getting attached to ABC(aravind balasubramanya creations ).

👃👃👃. I have come across many people who gives discourse over good and bad habits. But, never it was as clear , simple, heart reaching & cutshort as your video. Why? I heard Swami's discourses from U-tube. As I was not of Swami's standard, I didn't listen to complete video of Swami. Today, every word you spoke of is as clear as crystal to me. It seemed short but the essence of a thousand videos, I believe. Thank you and God bless you.

Coming to this video, Sir I always wanted to ask if there's a bad habit and we counter it with a good habit; the bad habit still remains isn't it? Sir I also wanted to know, what is the best procedure to watch our thoughts?
Just wanted to add one last point, the best thing about all your videos is you ENGAGE US IN THE HOW, rather than the WHAT. So once we apply what swami teaches s through you, the results are always unbelievable.

Sairam. Great video and very pertinent...the presentation is evidently reminiscent of that of other instructive channels. One correction: at 2:11 ...a quick fact check shows that is not a quote of Aristotle, but of Will Durant interpreting him...however it is popularly misattributed to the former, likely because few recognize the latter
While researching, I found both and so picked the more popular name... Will research again though it will be tough to change the video as such.

Sai Ram Arvind Bhaiya. Have you seen the Aarti at Dasaswamedh ghat. Of Varanasi . At the end of the Aarti the priests chant "Brahma Swaroopa Shri Satya Sai Baba ki Jai". I was watching pm modi's visit to the evening Aarti two days before. I'm excited .jai Sai Ram. Please please reply
Yes! But this has been happening from a very long time now. I think one of the chief priests was a devotee and he started this practice of keeping Swami's picture. I don't know the actual story but it is thrilling to see our Swami... :)
