What IS ASMR?
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus.
Examples of different ways to experience ASMR~
🧠Physical ASMR
Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while having your hair brushed/styled/touched, getting your forehead rubbed or your face touched softly while getting makeup applied. Someone softly tracing upon your back.
🗣Auditory ASMR
Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while listening to a particular sound that triggers you. There are several different sounds that may trigger this feeling; such as a whispered voice, typing on a keyboard, water swishing sounds, listening to someone write, turn pages in a book, tap on objects, etc.
👁Visual ASMR
Feeling calm, sleepy, tingly or satisfied while observing someone create art, slice foods, carve soap, wood, candles, trace over shapes/letters with their finger or a pointer etc.

My ASMR was always more frequent and effective watching someone meticulously and silently doing a skill-based task. This nailed it.

SAME! Long before I knew what ASMR was, I had tingles triggered by this specific sort of situation, too. A few times it even happened while *I* was writing with a pencil. My own concentration caused such an intense reaction that my hand would go completely limp. The tickling tingles and absurdity of not being able to grasp the pencil for a few seconds always made me laugh. ... Tbh, my whole ASMR journey is just a constant search to replicate that blissful childhood feeling.

This no-talking sounds video is very relaxing. It reminds one of a quiet afternoon getting a haircut. In fact, this is so relaxing that I haven't been able to turn it off, even though I didn't plan on watching the whole video until bedtime (I'm 42 minutes into the video, lol!) Thank you for the video, Prim! Cute video thumbnail too! I do have to disagree with the folks making comments who prefer short haircuts better though (even though I know your hair is actually in a ponytail in this video, and I always love the ponytail). You always look the ultimate in pulchritude with any hairstyle, short or long, and to each his own, but my personal opinion is, the short hairstyle is cute, but the long hair is ravishingly beautiful. I mean, you have the most beautiful hair I've ever seen. If I were you, I'd never want to cut it off, lol!
