The best part of the pregnancy case is the judge completely forgot the first charge against the other driver. Presumably when he dismissed "the case" this meant all the outstanding charges but I still think it's great he appeared to forget about it. Forgiving the driving violation on the route to the hospital is fine. Not sure about the parking ticket.

I find it reprehensible that you can get a ticket in a car that you were not driving. Period. However, I will say that I love this judge. It does what he can to help people. That does not negate the fact that charging people money for an offense that they did not commit is messed up.
