Hey it's Ace from VII. I wanted to correct you on one point :
even if we do not see the "+100.5%" from wrenches on the Armor with blast damage resist, it does count in the total parts power of the unit and of course in the total power of the whole unit.
Secondly, the Armor with HP does not increase the total HP of the unit by much, it's not significant at all in fight, while the blast damage resist (even if not boosted by wrenches) does actually give more than 5% blast damage resist overall, with is much more significant on battlefield against artillery.

it depends on what you do with it. MB though its a beast, I broke my lights to make mine 9.2

Like Wunder said, it really comes down to your preferred play style. I personally use a MBT because it is a good combo of speed and fighting capabilities.
