Where the heck can I just get the rubber seal for the lid? For the love of god it does not seem to exist anywhere! Cuz now this design the lid does not sit flat in the crock pot.
I have this model but purchased on amazon. They don’t come with the silicone lid insert. Anyone know any generic inserts I can purchase? I can’t seem to find any and the KitchenAid website sells a different one from the one shown on this video.
BS I got one put it on medium 6 hours later the carrots are still raw had to put it on high the last two hours and the meat was still raw and tough so disappointing trust me don't buy it
