basically in 6th grade I got expelled from my old school because of my anger and how my anger was hurting everyone there. and I promised my self and my parents that's I'm not getting angry no more and going to control it. yesterday I was so close on beating up my bsf bc of my anger. I'm really trying to control it. my anger is just. so hard. I hope ppl who has the same anger as me knows how to control it because I barely know how too.
