Fry screams are really tough to do consistently live. There are very few vocalists who can do it really well that high and they're notoriously known as incredible vocalists. Sam Carter from Architects comes to mind.

Technique, i don't know the exact details but there is a technique for screaming and growling without putting any pressure on to your vocal cords and throats.. do it wrong and it will hurt. Its impressive when a Vocalist can swapp between screams/growls and clear vocals without any appearance of strain put on their voices, still being able to sound so clear and solid. This is not easy to do, all the more impressive that Ike is capable of doing that.
Honestly between the revelations of his karoake stream, his narration and voice overs while playing To The Moon, his villain/morderer voice from the big prophunt version of DBD Collab a while back, you can really see how Ike can cover a whole spectrum on his own.
I literally broke at the first scream, like my mouth literally stopped working, brain broke, mouth flopped open in just pure awe and amazement. My ears feel like they've been blessed more than ever before.
